Being able to customize a clients appointment time even after they check out. In a section in their profile.
Sometimes in the hustle & bustle of things we forget to change the duration of a clients appointment and then we either 1) have to go find their next appointment (which is no biggie) and adjust the time, but you have those instances where they do not rebook in studio and if they do it at home online and we don't catch it to adjust their appointment in time we are stuck. We have clients who are older or have disabilities who sometime need more time and if we forget to include that we have to wait, but they could book online and there could be an appointment before and after that does not allow us to adjust the appointment and we risk running over into the next appointment. I feel like being able to adjust that even after the appointment has been check out would be beneficial.

Not ideal but have you tried or considered making a “temporary” appointment for them, making the accommodation time adjustment and then canceling it once it’s been made?
