Display add-ons for all services in a multi-service appointment when editing
Ability to add add-on services after an appointment has been scheduled so that I can support upselling and efficiently modifying services.

In a multi-service appointment, we want the ability to add an Add-On via the Edit Appointment Screen to any service in the appointment.
Currently, if a client is receiving multiple services and wants to add an Add-On to their first service, you must remove any subsequent services, then add the add-on, then enter all the subsequent services again with the correct timing and service providers. This leaves room for human error since the entire appointment needs altered for an add-on.
