  2. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

  3. It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

  4. Have the option to book ongoing standing appointments and ongoing time blocks like for lunch instead of just a certain number of times or date. We have clients that have been coming for over 10 years on a standing appointment. Or at least send us an alert when their standing only has a few appointments left.

  9. There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.

  10. I notice after Checkout, the staff display defaults to just who provided the service, prompting the user to toggle the "Staff" dropdown to "Is Working" again. Can we stop this auto default, and keep the default to "Is Working"?

It would be SO much simpler if at the time of booking, either the guest or the employees can book appointment types -- so clicking New Appointment would prompt user to define whether the appointment is a request, a prebook, or a referral. Makes it easier for salon owners who track these metrics at review time as well.

If you navigate to a client's profile from the calendar page (or any page other than the client look-up section), you are brought to the client profile but the URL is still https://dashboard.boulevard.io/calendar, so if I want to share that client profile with someone, I have to go to the client lookup page, search for the client again there, and then can use the unique URL with their client ID.   14. iPad only offers Check in option but if you tap "don't have an appointment," it tells you to see a staff member. We are planning on scaling our salon concept to multiple locations and it would help us automate our processes if it could instead lead the person to our online booking widget instead of telling the guest to see someone to help them out. It would act as a self-serve kiosk in a way and that would be amazing. It would essentially eliminate the need for an additional receptionist.

  16. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  18. I think it would be wonderful if there was a way to require a finishing service when booking online. So after the client books a Root Touch up, the next required action would be to choose a cut/style or blow dry/style.
    This would be very helpful to minimize calling guests and rescheduling because the color service they are requesting doesn't allow time for finishing and therefore doesn't fit in the slot originally requested.
