  1. I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

    Hey there! While we haven't added this feature for all offers yet, we have recently added this ability for new clients to your business with our new client referral program!


    Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.

  3. If staff were mandated to put at least ~20 characters explaining the why of a price change and this was something that could easily be searched for then management would not only have a better picture of where pricing is wrong, they would also be able to spot the issues and errors.

  4. Dispute notification is currently email to owner level. I'm a little unclear on who else receives these. But, at least in my small usage and experience, the probability that a dispute is quickly buried by a barrage of other emails is large. It would be fantastic if there was persistent dispute acknowledgement in the UI of managerial dashboard. It would also increase likelihood of timely responses so that the end consumer and blvd client can have a quicker resolution.

  5. Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

  6. ... no obvious or easy way to see the appt which in some cases would even be confirmed. The client will have the future appt on their client profile as scheduled appts. The client will actually receive reminder and confirmation messages for the appts too. The client will have the concept that their appt is set at that time AND with the terminated service provider (deactivated). Then the business will potentially have a trainwreck to quickly deal with it if they can.

  7. so that trans/gender nonconforming folks don't have to see a name they don't use when viewing a receipt, checking in, etc. I feel like it would be helpful to have a "legal name" field for the health department, but also so that the client doesn't see their dead name.

  8. a lot of our services are recorded as a product for inventory purposes. we would like the tips based on gross ticket amount. ie: botox appt $0 product botox $100 tip is being based on the $0 instead of $100.

  9. We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service.   13. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.

  18. We often see old memberships at old prices being reactivated in our shops and though we are trying to solve the problem with training, if we could set a limit on how long after a membership has been canceled that it is able to be reactivated, that would be really useful.
