Advanced Privilege Setings
The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.

More ability to segment clients.
Since we have been limited to only eblast only those who have been in the last 24 months, give us more ability to segment the client list. For example those who had a particular procedure or came in a certain time.

Give us the ability to set parameters on forms.
Right now everyone one gets forms attached to every appointment. Clients are annoyed they feel like the have to fill them out every time they come in. The system should know if we are adding a brand new client and booking an appointment then the new client should get forms. The settings need to be for NEW clients, not every appointment.

Detailed Receipt
It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

Ability to lock an appt so that changing it requires manager or above.
Although this isn't ideal, it happens from time to time that an appt is adjusted back and forth between two differences of opinion. The most common battle is two modes; more revenue/clients vs more time with the client/less revenue. It would be nice if there was a way of excluding future revisions to the appt without manager or admin access.

Ability to have private online bookable services, that are not on booking widget
An example of this would be if you have private services, special deals, Groupon, etc. that you do not want made available to the general public to book, but want the ability to send a link to book or link via your website for those specific services.

In reports, I feel Hours Booked for utilization purposes should be the cummulative hours booked and exclude blocks.
Blocks are a majority of time used to denote lunches, breaks, personal time and tasks. It is rare that blocks are used for productive purposes for a business. Most productive uses would likely fall under a service appointment instead. It would be beneficial if the utilization percent used this as then it would reflect hours making money per hours scheduled rather than hours there are anything on the schedule per hours scheduled.

Customizable "Add-On Services" Service Category & Service Category Description
In the Booking Widget, any add-on services listed for a base service are under the title "Add-On Services" but the business would like to change the title of that section. The business would also like to have a description for this section.
The ability to customize title and description of "Add-On Services" would allow the business' menu verbiage to be more cohesive and to promote / guide / instruct clients on what / how / why to book.

Hide employees who aren't scheduled on the app
The professional app shows ALL employees when you select all staff (expected behavior). It would be very helpful to have an "is working" option like the dashboard calendar. It is very annoying to have to scroll past a whole block of people who aren't working to get to the next day. Most employees just have their own schedule which is great, but as a manager it is annoying to navigate when looking at the whole staff.

prebooking defaults
When using the prebooking defaults on the calendar we would love for it to show us 4 weeks out from the date we have selected on the calendar. For example, if todays date is 4/11. My client has an appointment on 4/25 and wants to book another appointment 4 weeks after that, I want to be able to use the 4 week prebooking preset and have it take me to the correct date 4 weeks after 4/25. Currently it will take us 4 weeks out from todays date no matter what and it is just frustrating :)

option to show after tax pricing for online booking
We have some people confused by pricing since not every service is taxable. It would be helpful to show after tax pricing for services in the online booking widget.
