  2. This feature would add a new column or row in reports that automatically excludes vouchers from package sales. The functionality would:

    • Automatically identify and filter out vouchers associated with package sales in reports
    • Eliminate the need for manual filtering of packages with vouchers
    • Provide a more streamlined and accurate view of sales data
    • Save time and reduce potential errors in reporting

    This enhancement would improve the efficiency of report generation and analysis, allowing businesses to quickly access relevant sales data without the extra step of manually filtering out package vouchers.

  3. Similar to GHL. An embedded calendar option to place on website for easy booking would be great. the current book through calendar link is not the best and offers little customizability

  5. I would really like the ability to add merge fields in the text notifications. We're a busy medspa and would like the ability to include information in the text notifications like <customer name> and <service> in the notifications.

  6. We require new patients/customers to pay a deposit (to protect against no shows). Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish between current customers and new customers. We need a gateway (are you a new customer question) OR ideally a way of showing certain services to new patients and certain services to existing patients. This has become a big issue as rather than booking under services titled "New Patients to XXXXX Start Here" since they require a deposit, they circumvent the system and book under other services.

  7. This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:

    1. Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
    2. Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
    3. Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients

    This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.

    The feature would simplify payroll processes and eliminate the need for workarounds like creating separate "Employee Services" categories with 0% commission rates.…

  14. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  19. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.
