  1. We need to screen employees just like clients and ask the basic screening questions every time they enter the work place. We would like to use the same form we use for clients on the reception app. If we could use a form with a walk-in appointment that would work, or if employees could access forms from the reception app, that would work

  2. There doesn't seem to be a authorization for CC when we put them on file, we can store an invalid/expired/duplicate cards on file. So we would like a feature that lets us know that the card we are taking over the phone is valid for cancellation fee's etc.

  10. Rather than "Hide All" there should be the "only" display option. This will eliminate the issue of the names reloading, as the "Hide All" is so sensitive it does this 9 times out of 10 & is so frustrating!!!

  13. Count drawer - 2 steps and creates 2 "logs" in the history for count drawer and then payout. they always do these 2 steps simultaneously and it's confusing

  14. At the end of the booking widget flow, the system shows the providers name they have been paired with. This will happen even if the feature is toggled off to not show staff names. This account has asked to have this removed.

  16. Ability to have 1 service provider booked at the same block of time for three different services all in separate rooms. Today this is possible if scheduled by front desk staff, but client would like the ability to have it available for online booking as well. For example, service provider could be doing tattoo removal, laser hair, and lymphatic drainage and each appointment would start at the same time, but be in different rooms.

  17. This would minimize erroneous booking of clients from other locations. If showing all clients, possibly a better UX would be the clients from the searching location be shown first, and a line break with bar "Clients below this line are from other locations" showing other matches from other locations, possibly slightly greyed out.

  18. you should have plug in button that we can put on our website that says "start texting" so all they have to do is press that button and it will route them to their imessage with our numer already there so they can text directly from the website like instagram has
