Review Incoming Calls
We can click on the phone symbol (where incoming calls appear) and see a dropdown of any calls you may have missed. You can pull up the clients account ahead of time and speed scheduling time.

Agree, it would be great to be able to click on the phone icon to see all the calls that were received.
