  1. Would like to have a note that you can have show up before you click to confirm an appointment. For example if a client has a history of no shows or cancelling last minute then the person who answers the phone can make sure we have a card on file.

  2. Reports that give retention percentages, new client request metrics, vs new salon clients. Referral source reports for individual stylists. Better all around performance goals for stylists to reach bench marks and milestones.

  3. I think it would be wonderful if there was a way to require a finishing service when booking online. So after the client books a Root Touch up, the next required action would be to choose a cut/style or blow dry/style.
    This would be very helpful to minimize calling guests and rescheduling because the color service they are requesting doesn't allow time for finishing and therefore doesn't fit in the slot originally requested.

    If this is already available, my apologies. :)

  5. Provide a detailed list, log or trail of all appointments that have been booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Admins need to have an overview. Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

  7. "You are scheduled for an appointment at Refine Men's Salon of West Hollywood West Hollywood on Jul 28, 2023 at 6:00pm PDT."

    So any company that has their name of location in their business name would be listed in emails with the location twice. I think solution is remove the city from the automatic portion of the emails as the location is listed anyway in the address below.

  8. When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...

    Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.

    I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)

    The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.

    The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

  9. If a client clicks on " add tip on card" on the DUO for an assistant, and then opts to use cash instead, there is no way of completing the transaction. We currently have you close the transaction window in boulevard, and close and reopen the app to refresh the ticket. There has to be an easier way. Would it be possible to add a back button to be able to void the tip on card selection on the custom gratuity page? Thanks

  10. When checking guests in on the calendar screen, it is easy to mistakenly only mark them as confirmed if they aren't already. There should be two separate buttons for marking them as confirmed and marking them as arrived.

  20. Consistent "Save" button location - Sometimes there is a save button in the upper right, sometimes in the lower right... sometimes you must scroll up or down to find a save button. Heck, sometimes save happens automatically. There is no consistency to any of this. It's very annoying that each module is obviously designed and written by teams that don't collaborate.
