Ability to customize pop out modals for certain types of booking alerts
The past software program we had on scheduling notes had a pop-up box that would pop out on the screen to alert and get the front desk's attention. They get ignored if they are busy and are not "in your face" as easily with the system the way it is now

This would be more than handy to have, as a front desk receptionist it would be great if a banner came across the screen or something when you go to book someone an appointment so it is in your face and it doesn't get missed. Sometimes things can be missed or looked past when in a hurry. So it would be nice to have more knowledge of pop-up notes.

Our old software had many pop ups and we would frequently miss them because there were so many. Boulevard has zero and we miss problems because there are no warnings. It would be helpful to have some customization to allow pop ups for certain errors. Choosing which alerts you would like can then be set at the company or location level.
Personally I would like to have pop ups for scheduling with a person that doesn't normally perform a service, scheduling outside of an available time, and scheduling a resource that is already in use or unavailable

Notes getting missed cost the salon time and money especially when there are clients that cancel often etc. We try to address this process with a letter. The pop up note would aid in the success of this
