Make it easy to show when a voucher was redeemed and by who for shareable memberships
It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

Ability for easier/quicker way for employees to log in
Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.
I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.

Inventory Tracker and Forecaster - A report that will be able to track the colors / products you have bought the last 6 months so you can adjust your minimums based on the popularity of the product .

Client filter tag - allow both include and exclude for two tag clients
Be able to apply the client tag filter to both include certain tags and exclude others, so that if someone has two tags, it accurately reflects the numbers for only one tag, both tags, and only the other tag.

Have a spot for maiden name
It would be beneficial to have the maiden name of clients connected to their profile as well. We have clients get referred and list a client's maiden name or married name, but we can't find them in the system because their new/old last name isn't updated.

Task bars
When I am making a new purchase order list or recounting inventory and a client comes up, instead of having to save a draft, check them in/out then click three different buttons to get back to where I was, I think a task bar to get back to it quickly and efficiently would be much easier!

Add to calendar verbage on booking confirmations
Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

Change the Text Language of Booking and Reminders
Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.
"Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."
We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

swipe to save card
In 2024 the tap to save a credit card option should be a given. Having to hook up a USB swiper is both cumbersome and not secure. This should definitely be an option with Duo integration.

Allow search of Service List under Settings menu
Under settings, service list cannot be searched. It can be searched under the "manage location" but not under the "manage business".

We should be able to add a form to an existing appointment and manually send it without resending the forms reminder
The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

Limit the "Assign Services" privilege for service providers to only themselves
I have renters at 3 of my 4 locations, and some of them use Boulevard at home on their computer after hours. I want to limit the "Assign Services" privilege for them, so that they can only edit their own service timing and pricing (not for other stylists, or for the salon as a whole). It needs to be a separate permission, and not accessible to the whole company's services.
