  4. Emails are not case-sensitive in any other platform that we are aware of. This, combined with allowing more than one profile to use the same email address, amounts to an enormous amount of duplicate profiles in our system.

  12. Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.

  13. Allow creating a draft of an existing form for editing. I tried to update a form and wanted to take my time with edits and created a copy of the form. Once I went live with the new form it applied it to every guest even if they already completed the old version.

    It would be useful to have some method of working on a draft of an existing form that can then be re-issued as the current form so it isn't sent to guests that have already completed it. (only sent out once to each person)

  14. When selling a gift card there is a pop up window if the card is in use. So, something similar when creating a new product (or duplicating a product) Just highlighting the field or the field label in red with a note that states "This [sku or UPC] is already in use" would be very beneficial to help prevent mistakes when entering products.

  15. Currently long strings of text that exceed the width of display are cut off. Would be helpful if the text was rewrapped to be multi line on displays. On dashboard strings are cut by window size. On professional app it is cut off by width of mobile device.
