Make a "Sales Summary" report in the Report section
The daily summary report is helpful to get a nice view of daily sales for an entire month. It would be even better if that report had the option to show payment methods, or if there was a separate report that included payment methods. A report like this would make it very easy to export a large volume of daily sales data for import into accounting software.

"Adjust Price" option setting
We would like the ability to toggle between the "edit Service" option on checkout and also the old "Adjust price" option.

Group Booking - Staggered Time Visibility
Currently the times shown for group booking online show only the selected time, even if some appointments in the group start later. We would like all start times to be reflected in the booking widget

Expiration dates with products
With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

CRM Tool
A reportable field that our team could fill in with the next outreach date, a drop-down of why we need to reach out (rebook, membership, customer service are the general drop-downs that come to mind).
Report on clients without a future appointment scheduled including name, home studio, last appointment date, type of service, dates of last outbound message sent and last inbound message received through Boulevard

blocked client
We need to be able to block clients based on phone number alone. We've had creepers work around blocks on purpose by entering email address and name variations and it puts our staff at risk of harassment.

Retention reporting with Service metrics
We would like retention reports with the ability to see retention per services performed. This would give us the ability to see how many clients are coming back for which services.

On summary in reports can you add "Account balance/credit" as a payment method?
It would be very helpful so we can actually see what we made today, rather than having to subtract account balance when technically that payment was on a different day

Call attention to reason appointment won't book
When scheduling from the dashboard it is possible to view appointments without a client name, but when you try to book it takes you back to the details window to add a name. There is no attention called to the name area, you just have to know that is the problem.
The issue I ran into earlier is I put in a new client name, but somehow didn't click "new client". The name populates in the detail window, but the appointment won't book. (and there is no attention called to the fact that the name isn't saved as a new…

Enable double booking (specifically for blocks) or allow expanded description box on blocks to allow paragraph/line separation.
E.g. a block from 12-4pm can have a block double booked onto it to specify any further notes within the block period or a block description can be separated by lines (1-2pm: _______ (new line) 2-3pm: __________ (new line) 3-4pm: ___________) without creating a separate block for every hour of the whole block period

modify membership price
It would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the capability to modify the price of a current membership. We run deals all the time that change the price of current members and our previous solution allowed us to discount their membership price for x amount of months or change the price all together.

Can you please have a report made that will be filtered by employee that includes Product Commission, Service Commission and Tips?
As of now we would have to pull 3 reports individually for each employee. One for Product Commission, one for Service Commissions and one for Tips.
Can we please have access to a report that we could download and send to each employee individually with that weeks Consolidated details of Commissions for product and services plus tips?

Option to disable ratings through receipt email.
Have the option to disable the rating review on the receipt that is sent to customers through email or text upon checkout.

Please provide a direct integration between WooCommerce and Boulevard!!
Please provide this the same way you have done for Shopify. Zapier is super complicated for the WooCommerce integration, and it doesn't work well. I need my inventory to sync simultaneously and correctly between WooCommerce and Boulevard.

Forms/Charts overall enhancement
Please allow us to categorize forms/charts.
Charts are the entire contents of a patient record. What you are calling a "Chart" should more correctly be called a "Note" or "Chart Note" or "Chart Document".
Text fields should allow either HTML like what we can enter in fields that allow markdown, or at least allow macros where we can use short keystrokes that replace text in the note field. At least allow today's date to be coded in a text field like {{currentdate}}. When patients sign the document, does it come with a date/time stamp? Why not show that on the…

Zoom in for Before and Afters
Be able to increase the size of the Before and Afters on desktop and ipad. They're very hard to see in the current state, so it's hard to point out areas of improvement to patients.

Pop up message
We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.

Add a flag to messages that it needs follow up, further info or attention
add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks

Sales Summary with Staff & Payment Data
The ability to reference which staff member was associated with a transaction and or part of a transaction would be an extremely helpful addition to reporting.
The end goal would allow us to add the staff member that performed the service or sold the product in which the transaction is being paid for within.
