  2. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  3. Would be nice to see future sales for that given month, my other software was able to calculate what the sale would be for that month based on appointments. This was helpful for team goals.

  4. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  5. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  6. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  8. We would like all product customization to be on the first screen where you create / name a product.

    This would save us a lot of time when adding new products, as we can complete all customization.

  9. We would like the ability to add all service options at the time the service is created.

    This way, we do not need to then search the service then make modifications and assign staff for example. This should be available on the same screen we name the service and select a category.

  10. Be able to edit service duration at checkout if the service is changed at checkout. We want to be able to track service provider's utilization but can't if the duration changes to 0h0m.

  15. Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

  16. I think we should have on the service providers' daily reports what their highest day/lowest day is to date. It may encourage them to increase.

You keep working on features that only apply to a handful of users and have a handful of votes on it instead of features that have been requested for MONTHS OR YEARS like invoices or better notifications with HUNDREDS of votes. Work on the stuff that the most people want not what a couple of high paying clients request of you
