New Guest Booking Duration Options
I wish there was an option to automatically add additional time for new guest bookings with specific service providers or services. For example we have a Stylist that needs 30 extra minutes with all new guests and then we have a Colorist that needs 1hr extra with all new guests. Right now my front desk team have to mentally remember this for these service providers.

The color of the non working hours should be a gray color, or you should be able to change the color of non-working hours

Run reports to give to stylist individually without seeing everyones information.
Would love to be able to print reports one employee at a time. This could help in so many ways for the salon and the stylist. Just their information from Boulevard.

Alphabetical order for everything
There are some things that are listed in alphabetical order but also a lot that aren't, this inconsistency seems like a design flaw. Some of the things that are NOT listed alphabetically are:
- Privilege Group dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
- Staff Role dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
- Assigned Locations dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
- Product category list when creating a new skuThere may be more but those are the most common ones that I see

Ability to create automated tags
It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

granting access to reports by employee not location
we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

Google Adwords Tracking Code
Allow the ability to track Google Adwords Campaign goals by allowing Google tracking snippet or AMP ID in Booking Widget to track completed bookings. This would allow us to correlate our total Campaign spend to Conversion ratio.
I would suggest this be added to the location detail page under the existing google analytics tracking ID (as code snippet or AMP ID)

Book Out Times for All Staff
We would love the ability to select multiple staff members for a book out time. We currently use book out times for our meetings. For example, currently when we schedule our salon meeting I have to book a book out time on each individual stylists schedule. If we were able to select multiple stylists I would only have to do the book out process once and it would be applied to the schedule for everyone selected.

Have ability for dynamic promo codes in marketing emails for individual use
Generate different discount codes in marketing emails that can only be used one time. For example, a discount code for clients on their birthday but each code is different.

change behavior of "apply to all upcoming <day> shifts" logic
When editing an employee schedule, you can change a single day. When completing the change the schedule for all upcoming shifts on that same day of the week. The problem is, the system doesn't just update upcoming shifts, it updates every <day> for eternity with the new schedule. The logic should change to only update the already scheduled shifts, OR the statement should be changed to read "apply this change to all <days>"

Ability to add a hyperlink to a product or service's description in the booking widget.

tracking appointments
It would be helpful for our staff to have the last appointment visit and future appointments on their appointment print out for them to know how long in between each service.

The business wants to run a report that has each client listed out on their own line and have it show a column indicating how many appointments they have seen in the lifetime of their history at the business.

Ability to toggle online booking to show clients All Times vs only showing Best Times
Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

Modifiers do not work correctly if booked at front desk.
Modifiers currently work as intended for customers booking online with Min and Max settings. They should automatically show when booking an appointment from front desk as they do for online (if a modifier exists for a service). They also do not follow ANY of the rules (at the front desk) defined by setup of a service such as Min and Max, rendering them mostly useless because of this broken cohesiveness between online and front desk booking.

Access to more custom client data in beta reports
Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)
and also

Timed Option on Resending Forms
Add a Timed Option on Forms. For instance it would be nice every X amount of days/months/years the form is sent out to patients to update. We would use this to keep their Health Questionnaire up to date.
