  2. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

  3. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

    To implement new safety measures to protect company data, specifically by managing access to the newly updated Clients tab and the ability to create and view targeted audiences.

    Background:
    With the recent update to the Clients tab, users can now 'drill down' into client data and create targeted client lists. Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. This poses a potential risk if sensitive data falls into the wrong hands.

    Current Situation:
    Turning off client list access is not a viable solution as…

  11. We REALLY Need a report that shows all new SCHEDULED bookings are made in a given time period -- broken out by Self-Booked or Other (Called In) -- and filtered by New Clients vs. Returning Clients.

    We are ramping up our marketing efforts and we need to see how those efforts are performing. We can see the number of self-booked clients by observing cart_completed in GA, but that isn't sufficient. Help!

  15. Our office would like to be able to create bundle service packages with prepaid treatments that can be received at a later date. Example: package of 3 microneedling treatments that are done 4-6 weeks apart. The patient can purchase them all at once at a discounted rate but we need to be able to into the invoice and receive or finish the services for records.

  16. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

  17. It would be nice to be able to see the change a guest should receive back after checkout is complete, not just before. It would also be nice to see gift card balances afterwards as well. Sometimes providers get a little click happy and it would save time to have that information on the screen still instead of having to look up the gift card balance or pulling out the calculator.

  18. It messes up the Retail to Service Sales percentages and has it so I have to manually break it out each pay period to avoid paying retail commission on it. Can it not be it's own category? Or at least go into the service sales because it is a series of services purchased.

  20. Would love a product sales report that listed who the sales were made by so commission would be easier to figure out. Client name on there would be nice also.
