  2. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

  3. Blushington would like this button to be at the top of the page, as they feel that clients are missing this critical final step in the online booking process because they have to scroll down to complete booking.

  9. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  11. Orders will be opened by accident and then left, when reviewing to see if it was an error or if the client owes the company, we have to go one by one and the sysytem refeshes so then we have go back to our place
    very time consuming and a waste of time.
    Just tried to close out all order but this is impossible
    I should be able to review the order and the account, return to sales and check it off, once i am done reveiwing a couple of client then I delete them together

  13. I've noticed when you try to rebook a client from their service history, their service provider (stylist/colorist) disappears from the calendar. It would make the most sense that the client's stylist/colorist's schedule would be the only one to appear or at the very least remain visible on the calendar. When this happens, I'm then having to manually pull the stylist name and schedule up in order to book the client.

  17. we would love to be able to have an "add on" increase the processing time of the appointment. for example, we do IV therapy and have a 30 minute processing time when the IV is running in. we have an extra fluids Add on which adds 30 minutes for the IV to run in. as of now, when a client selects this it adds 30 minutes to the end of the appointment. we would love it to only add to the processing time so the staff is available for other clients.

  19. The assigned emojis showing in the schedule view are handy, but it would be very helpful to have the new client star indication show as well. We have some forms that are only for new guests and it would be helpful to ensure they are properly assigned.

  20. I used to use booker and I loved it but I don't regret that I moved to Boulevard because it is mostly better than booker.

    There are two things that make running my business difficult.

    First, Boulevard is great for salons with a front desk team that can access a laptop or computer. However, for small businesses like mine that don’t have a receptionist, it can be challenging. I handle everything—from making appointments to checking out clients—on my cellphone, but I don’t receive enough information through the app. Today, I lost a client who had added themselves to the waitlist…
