  1. Either Allow Add-On Services to be Grouped under Custom Labels and min/max option per category, and/ or Allow Custom Pricing for Modifiers based on the stylist selected.

  2. Right now deposits can only be set up on a service provider basis. It'd be great if we could set some sort of accommodation in the client profile that requires them to put a deposit down for their services. This could help curb repeated no show or late clients.

  3. The ability to turn off the feature within the contact center that sends automated texts to the closed inbox. When a staff member is messaging a client and a reminder is sent, the whole message is closed automatically. It can be difficult to keep track of messages that were closed in mid conversation.

  4. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

  6. We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:

    Haircut Add-Ons
    - Haircut A
    - Haircut B

    Treatment Add-Ons
    - Treatment 1
    - Treatment 2

  7. When viewing a clients history have the time of their appointment next to the date, would be helpful when rebooking them to see what times they prefer.

  8. It'd be great if once the client received the reminder for their service via text they could reply with 'for which service' and they would get a text letting them know which service they booked for.

Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

  12. The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

  13. If the client is already booked with us they should only have to enter either there phone # or there email and not have to retype all the personal info each time they check in. Also it would be great if they where able to pick what service they are there for when checking in for there appointment

  16. We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

  18. Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

  20. Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.
