Membership discount offers set to auto charge for x amout of months
We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted offer to auto-renew for those certain amount of months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign up but reverts back to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge. confirmed v. request pending
when a client books the confirmation screen should just say "confirmed" rather than "request pending" everyday we have clients calling us to see if their appointment has been confirmed.

Create a report that allows for mapping when setting up the system
Create an internal report that allows services and addons to be seen for mapping. Also, create a similar report for charts and forms to show what services they have been attached too. Currently both processes are done 1 by 1 which is both massively inefficient and time consuming. Not user friendly by any means.

Visible change to page / information bar when toggling between different locations
More visible change to page when toggling between different locations. It could be as simple as the information bar at the top changing colors or the logo changing . Something more eye catching to let Client services know what location they are making changes to

Alerts for client forms needing to be filled out prior to check out/completion of service.
We have a mandatory liability form that all clients must sign to utilize our services. Sometimes clients start the form and do not press submit -then ipad times out and the signature is lost. It would be great to have an alert at check out to notify us if a client has not fully completed their necessary forms for that reservation.

We need a faster way to assign services to employees. You should not have to click each individual service and toggle employees on!
We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there

Allow clients to be able to modify their card on file
It would be super helpful for clients to be able to modify their card on file. Unfortunately as it stands now they have to call our office (which isn't always open) and since we operate virtually it's incredibly inconvenient for patients and staff.

it would be great if the clients had an app to log into to be able to see upcoming appointments and also move/cancel them if needed.

Optimize online booking
When showing a client the available times, is there a way to optimize this for the stylists? Currently, clients are able to book times that are not backed up to other appointments.

Require approval for updating seller on sales
For package sales, there is an "edit" option to assign the sale to the employee who sold the services. Best if we can only edit once (currently you can edit anytime and override the last edit), further changes/editing should require manager's approval. Additional edits only available under manager/owner's account. This change can improve the accuracy of the reports.

Have permission controls but the ability to set what performance your staff can track.
For instance filters such as:Total service sales

Turn off staff roles on online booking
It would be great to have to option of turning off staff roles on the online booking site so it is not visible to clients when they book online. We have an internal level system for stylists and it's confusing for clients when we have a range of seven different level stylists with different prices. I would rather have them all just listed as a stylist without it messing up everyone's customized pricing.

AUTO MERGE PHONE MADE & ONLINE MADE APPTS
We noticed our clients who usually call to make an appointment, when they make their first online appointment, BLVD creates a new file for them. This is confusing for a number of reasons but also not having merged history and appointment notes makes it super irritating.

Stop showing services that aren't available for a staff member when booking under that staff member
When I click the calendar for a specific staff member, and then search for a service, it pops up services that that staff memeber doesn't offer. If you have already selected a calendar, and then picked a staff member (even if its their calendar we select it still makes you pick the staff memeber) but then it shows EVERY service we offer when searching. We constantly run into staff members booking the wrong services with the wrong time and pricing for them if some services have the same or similar names.

Inform Clients on SMS Communications of “NO PROMOS” option
Inform clients of "NO PROMOS" option when the "STOP" option is offered. This will help with retention.
Additionally, when Clients text STOP it hinders our ability to two-way message. If No promos was offered, I think this would help. Thank you!
