  1. It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.

  2. With prior POS software we got a popup message indicating that a client's appointment was affected when we removed a working day for a service provider. I recently did this and there was no indication from the software letting us know that a client had booked an appointment on one of the days that had been removed from her schedule. We would like to be notified so we can make arrangements to reschedule the client to a different provider and/or different date.

  3. The green oval that is used for account credits is always green and my reception misses sometimes when a client has an account credit. When there is no balance on the account credit that oval should be red or another color. When checking out staff will notice the color change for those who have credits with an account balance. That or the other suggestion of a popup would be ideal. From a programming standpoint I think it would be faster to have the color change to red when balance is zero.

  5. We need the option to effortlessly select a service purchased by a patient within the payment methods area and be instantly directed to the original ticket. Presently, this process is quite time-consuming and challenging, particularly with long-standing clients, due to potential inaccuracies in displaying the purchase date or amount within the payment methods section, hindering our ability to locate the corresponding sales ticket.

  7. Please allow Services and Products (Service Packages) to both be bookable in the same category. We run monthly specials and often have a service as well as a service package (which gets categorized as a product). We can't list them under the monthly special which makes it impossible to book online and complicates things for the customer and the front desk having to do everything manually.

  9. The chart sign off signature used to be in cursive and now it's in bold capital lettering. Can you bring back the cursive or at least an option to have cursive over the capital letters?

  12. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

I would love to have a feature where you can document a procedure that could reoccur, like a laser, but then pull up the same form for their next appointment to be able to see what was done last and document the new appointment. Finding we may have to go back to paper charting for this, which is not ideal.

  15. When adding clients to the waitlist, it currently shows as "added by staff." The ability to see the name of the staff who added the client would be very helpful.

  16. Some of our patients don't need to check out at the end of their service. They just need to be seen. So I'd like to be able to move them to completed without having to do all the extra steps of checking out.

  17. Deposits being one order and the service being on another makes it look like the client has paid for more orders than they actually have. Can these be combined on to a single order to prevent confusion?

  18. To have the ability to upload our own forms and incorporate form translation so they can be digitally signed and be able to sync to the forms tab in the client profile

    Background: We have many forms and they are different one for each service and depends on provider. It's difficult for us to manually create their own forms individually and do not want to create their own forms to miss legal jargon and we have to abide by NYS laws

  19. The appointment reminders need to make sure to reflect the CURRENT appointment day and time. We have had several clients come in at the original appointment day or time, though it was changed in the system, the reminder that got sent to them was for the prior day/time instead of the changed time. This is a BIG issue for our time and theirs. PLEASE fix sooner than later! Thank you.

  20. Offering a haircut as an add-on service for dualist stylist that prioritize colour service. This would allow clients to choose their stylist that may not be available for a stand-alone service maximizing utilization.
