  2. We have multiple instances where client refunds are moved to account balance because of exchanges or errors and then we cannot refund the account balance or create a refund without an order. The system duplicate charged an account balance somehow and I can't issue a refund to the client without waiting 4-6 weeks?

  5. We would like to be able to have a Saved Day View on Boulevard.

    For example, on Booker, we can customize and save the schedule view base on the day and when another employee logs in, they are able to select that view so the schedule is organized for them.

    Management for our spa prepares this for the front desk employee so we know exactly what the rotation of massage technicians is for that day.

  12. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

  13. It is very annoying to receive hundreds of notifications when clients book or cancel appointments. This should be a toggle option to turn off notifications for the business level, not just individual providers!

  14. When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

  17. When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.

  20. Have a database that may not be clients but wants to receive marketing. Aka emails/texts. And the ability to add clients by email only (no first/last name) to this database.
