  1. When adding items to a purchase order by SKU, the cursor focus leaves the product search line after each product is scanned. It would be more helpful if it stayed on that line to scan multiple products in a row without having to click on the line each time.

  2. Before the messages was update, you were able to create more than one message at a time and click between 'calendar' and 'front desk' while having the message(s) open. Is there a way to get those features back?

  5. Recently, there have been updates to the online booking process for new clients, and it seems to be causing difficulties. Many clients have reached out to us via text because they found the steps involved in the booking process cumbersome.

    Firstly, clients are required to enter their email before they can see available appointment times for a service. However, they are then prompted to enter their email again if they want to complete the booking.   7. There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.

  9. Clients are SO confused with online booking and being able to pre-purchase services online. What needs to be fixed:

    1. Remove individual appt vs group appt - it is too many steps for the client
    2. Be able to hyperlink directly to the service and/or category to link to socials and our website links.
    3. Customize order for category and services vs auto-default to alphabetical

  10. It'd be really helpful if businesses were able to manually widen a service provider's column on the calendar page. This is especially useful for salons/spas with lots of service providers and making the Calendar view look less cramped.

  13. Example- Kristin is a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and does Wax. In our company, Blue is for Massage, Purple is for Estie's and Yellow is for Wax. If there was either a small color dot or block displayed under the Staffs name in the Calendar- It would be much easier to Book an appointment (from a visual standpoint)!

  17. Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00

    Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

  18. The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

  19. While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.
