  1. Be able block certain hours on the schedule so that people that are online scheduling can only book in those times if they are new clients, or members, etc.

  2. At the end of checking out a client, before sending the receipt email, there is a spot to write a message to the client. It would be great to have pre scripted messages saved in a drop down. This would make it a lot easier to send a message. IE: Today is prom day and I keep writing the same message (Have an AMAZING time at your Prom) Having 5-10 saved messages would allow a little personal touch on the receipt.

  3. Indie Mane Salon & Spa would like the ability to quickly see not only the date of previous service but how many weeks ago that service was. Currently, they have to manually calculate based on the date shown. They often use this function to determine next pre-booking window.

  4. Have a way for the Discount Reasons/Codes to be toggled off when not in use. Then we don't have to delete and readd when they are used again. This will keep reporting accurate, so the name isn't different from the first time it was used. It will also keep the checkout drop down list cleaner and quicker for the front desk teams to find their active promo/discount.

  5. There should be alerts when membership charges don't process via the bell notifications. It's cumbersome to have to remember to look at past due memberships in the "memberships" section of the gear icon. Time is of the essence for addressing billing issues. Front desk employees often dismiss the open orders where it declined and there's no alert or obvious label on that open order about how it's a membership charge that declined and needs to be addressed.

  6. We would love to be able to see a gift card balance when checking out, just like how you can see account credit balance. And be able to charge the gift card similar to charging the account credit. Thank you!

  8. Currently in order to send a text, the number must be saved to a client profile. We often follow up with voicemails via text and if the client is new and we don't have any info other than the phone number it makes adding them to the system hard so the ability to text any number even one that isn't saved in the system would be great.

  9. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment

  14. Every day we create a blocked time slot that is just general reception notes. Things like 'ashly working whole day'. 'call so and so to remind them of early shift' 'fire drill on x day'. We have a slack and a day of note book, but seeing a little tag seems to be the only way we can really manage this stuff...but it means one provider gets a ton of notes on their schedule.Pls add a day of notes feature.   15. Currently taking photos with the ipad available at check in to complete a form is not supported, we'd like this to be implemented to allow clients to fully complete their form at check in.

  17. The ability to select add-ons with different providers than the one performing the base service.

    This is a crucial feature for departmentalized businesses and any others who want to cross-promote between departments or providers.

    This will also allow for more appointment offerings during online booking.

  19. Monthly memberships only offer & provision customer account with monthly credits |  annual membership = annual voucher - Automatically assign the respective memberships offering to that customer account.

  20. When a client has multiple months past due allow options to choose to override or waive months as an exception per client basis. Also when the next charge date is moved in order to process multiple past due months give the option as showing active and not paused.
