  4. Right now you can only add your availability on a set cadence. I don't have a set schedule so it would be great to be able to select what days I'm available in a calendar month type setting instead of weekly/biweekly settings. It'd be nice to do it day by day.

  5. When checking out on the desktop, if the selected iPad isn't on the welcome screen the transaction will run the card on file and skip the option for the client to leave gratuity. It would be nice if there was a warning to let you know if the iPad isn't on the welcome screen so you could get it where it needs to be.

    Sometimes the client just starts pressing buttons and if you can't see the iPad you don't know what they're doing.

  7. There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

  8. The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.

  10. Once I get a list of people on my waitlist and there is a cancelation I would like a text to be sent out saying "Hello! We had an appointment at 2pm come available. First to reply Yes will book this appointment. If you're not free, please ignore this message."

I dont want new clients to be able to book just any service, however I do want existing clients to have the ability to book online but I want everything conveniently bookable online. I started with only having initial consultations bookable online but since there is no way to separate the services that left current clients with no way to book online.   15. It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.

    This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

  16. The problem with existing appointment reminders in Boulevard right now, is that, they come with a "request to confirm", and if clients forget to confirm, business has to call them as we cannot automatically remove them from the schedule. This creates more burden and manual workload for business, unnecessarily.

    All I want is to send the "APPOINTMENT REMINDER" alone! however it is not possible with current set up.

    Given that clients are already required to provide their credit card information and agree to pay late cancelation and no show fees, it is implicit that they will be held accountable if…

  18. If we have a cancellation day of or day before and have a huge gap, it would be awesome to have a text go out to the later appointments offering earlier times. They can opt in and move up or indicate they need the original time.

    Ex. Hi Client, an earlier time is now available with your stylist today. If you would like to adjust your scheduled time, please choose from the options below. If you'd like to stay at your original time slot, reply "NO"
