  1. Rx photo the employees are saying that there platform is more user friendly. We use boulevard for all new forms, signatures. But when it comes to keeping record and looking up past forms, pictures that are saying they would rather use Rx Photo. Thanks

  2. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit be put on their account that needs paying before they can book again.
    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  3. When we add products to a client ticket we cannot see the full name. And when we add product it moves to the top and we get lost. The entire product system is very confusing and overwhelming. As I am sitting in a staff meeting we are realizing we are all frustrated by this. Can we make this a more visible and smoother transaction.

  8. We have several different membership options and we cannot set an end date. So we've had to refund if we miss canceling it at the term end. Right now it just goes month to month continuously. NEED term limits and end date selections

  9. Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00

    Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

  12. I find that when potential/existing clients see this they believe either that there are absolutely no appts available that day or believe that the requested staff is fully booked on a day they are not even scheduled.

    It would be better to let them know that there are other service providers available on that date to attempt to retain the potential booking and not be worded so absolute that there is no hope to get an appointment on the selected date.

    Additionally the flow implicitly causes the client to assume that the service provider was or is fully booked on…

  14. We rely heavily on memberships here and it can be hard to differentiate credit in the dashboard - it'd be great if deposits and prepaid services could be added in a different way to the dashboard than account credit to ensure the account credit isn't being misapplied.

  16. Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

  17. We run nationwide promos that are extremely hard to do because we have to go into each location and enable the service for every esthetician and then also go set the commission for each esthetician. Being able to set this at a company level would be incredible.

  20. .... showed in the messages itself as new notifications that the text wasn't received or was blocked. This would potentially allow responsible businesses to take into account that there was no receiving of the text so they could call them instead or otherwise.
