  1. When needing to uncheck employees for the day, it would be nice if the menu STOPPED jumping back to the top after every click. Let the window be static until the user closes it.

  2. Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.

  3. Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:

    1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..

    instead of

    1/1/25- Advanced charting

  5. A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

  6. We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

  8. It would create a more cohesive brand and user experience to be able to customize what forms look like to clients, especially when surfacing in a custom app. Otherwise, an iframe must be used to embed it anywhere outside the standard flow.

  9. When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.

  13. On the history tab where we put our comments/notes for the visit, after so many visits they disappear and we are unable to look back at those notes.
    Maybe add a next page button so we can still have record of all appt notes.

  14. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  15. Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

  16. In history, it should just show the entire details of the order to avoid the constant back and forth when wanting to see more details. Or at least have Order history and APPT history separately

  17. This would allow for splitting of commissions on products and/or services.

    • Potentially: if we build out the ability to assign multiple sellers in the checkout window we’ll be able to pass that data down to the Compensation App accordingly

As a growing medical spa, the amount of time spent having to export data, then do our own calculations, to figure out commissions is unacceptable for the amount of $$ we are spending for this platform. This will only get worse with more employees. Why is there not an option for the business service charge (or CTC) to be taken out of our "add on" services such as Botox and Fillers? We give a commission percentage to our staff after the Cost to Company is removed from the total cost on top of their hourly (because CTC is extremely high).…

  20. Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.
