The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

A lot of softwares have an html setup with fields that allows us to do this ourselves with both emails & texts, rather than having formatting done for us and sent out to our clients without us being able to customize them.

I also noticed that another subscriber asked to be able to disable booking confirmations until we can customize our own. I went in and voted for this!!!!! Please. Let us disable booking confirmations inside our settings. Thank you so much.
