Our guests are becomingly increasingly frustrated with the way the couples massages are booked, as are we. It is very confusing and something that needs an immediate fix!! We removed the ability to book couples massages online bc it has caused so much frustration. Back in May 2024, I had a Zoom call with a developer who seemed close to coming up with a solution. Please roll out the fix!!!

Have the ability for the client to book a "group" massage with the option for same rooms or seperate rooms. And make the group booking much more user friendly. Urgent need!

This is definitely a down-side to Boulevard. The client-facing scheduling is very confusing and has led to clients only booking "half" of the couples appt. Please create a Couples Massage functionality!!!
