Almost any upgrade to Loyalty would be appreciated! The system is so basic and limited that we don't use it. If there were tiers, customizations, options for bonus points as part of promotions we would use it in a heartbeat!

I would like to limit who can book without phone number (I occassionally need to for spa parties and such, but do not want staff members doing that)
I also agree with not being able to change client name from the client end. We have people change their name to spouse, child, mother, etc SO OFTEN because they can't figure out how to book under a different name. It wreaks havoc with so many things.

Uploading a csv of product data (see Shopify) would be so amazing for this! I would love to manipulate my data in Excel and then upload the changes to Boulevard (Even if this had to happen overnight to process I would be happy with it)

Options for bulk management of products and services would be very welcome. Something like the Shopify csv upload process where you can upload changes.
it is much faster to do bulk actions in something like Excel or Google sheets, so then Boulevard doesn't have to build new software for that, just a method to handle our uploads.
I would even be good with something that takes place overnight (upload by 10:00 pacific and it will be processed by 6 am) so then it isn't trying to write to the database while lots of other changes are happening.

Allowing product updates by uploading a csv (See Shopify for an excellent implementation of this) would solve this too, and make bulk updates so much easier!

I think the system only shows offer codes that can apply to an appointment, so fixing offers to allow them to only apply to a single provider would prevent all of them from showing in the checkout window, as it would only show the one that applies to the current provider.

Sending to an iPad would be so great. We have a few handheld iPads for forms, but we have to open the duo app, go through the check in process, and then hand it to them to complete the form. Would be so much easier to click on the appointment, click "send form to" and then choose the iPad.
Also solves the problem of clients without phone numbers (minors, guests, etc)

A checkbox beside all of their orders in the client tab with a "download receipt pdf" button would be great, and it can put them all in one pdf file. My payroll software does this with paystubs and it is so helpful.
