There is no way to sign them into the ipad to complete forms if they don't have that information on their profile. We often have guests with no contact information when they are booked as part of a group appointment.

Adding one to the appointment manually should work just like an automatic form instead of prompting the person at the computer to complete it immediately.

Having the order history pop up over top like the client information would be a great solution as well. The constant back and forth is so hard to work with. Not to mention the inconsistencies in how things open (Client opening over top of existing area is by far the best way in Boulevard!)
