  1. Ability to add multiple categories for packages and memberships when allowing online booking. That way I don't have to create duplicate packages just to list it under our "deal of the month" section of the online booking. I do this to make it easier for clients to see what our deals are instead of making them search all over for our specials even if they already exist as a regular package etc.

  2. I would like a report that shows invoiced and paid services and products including taxes for the month. Currently, it does not let me filter out credits that have not been applied to services which shows incorrect income

  3. I have client list data reports from Botox day that I would like to import. There currently doesn't look like there's an option to do so unless I add each client one by one. I want to be able to text and email blast that report of clients.

  5. When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.

    I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

  8. When charting for botox and filler. numbers, keyboard, and dots are vital. additionally straight arrows are great for filler charting. Also change in font size.

  9. It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

  13. Hoping to have a notification created to where clients are getting notified if they're late or if their appointment time has passed. For example; If a client had an appointment at 10am, they get a notification at 10:05 they are late or 10:10 that they're appointment has passed our grace period. I feel like this would be one more point of contact in efforts to support our late or cancellation policy and prevent clients from saying they didn't know they had an appointment or didn't think they were late.

  16. Please integrate a feature in the patient chart that tallys every time we mark a patient as a no show for their appointment. The system currently doesn't track it and we would like to be sure to take deposits for patients that are consistently booking and not showing up to their appointment.

  18. Stop requiring the input of a billing zip code to charge late fees. Some clients, especially new ones, dont fill out their intake paperwork for whatever reason. This leaves the clinic unable to charge late fees without their billing zip code.

    Also, there should be a toggle to charge JUST the late fee without including tax. I want to charge $100 flat rate. In order to do so, i have to charge $92.38 to make up for the tax to get the flat rate of $100.
