  3. Hi Boulevard Team,

    I’d love to suggest an update to the online booking system — allowing businesses to choose whether or not to require a credit card when clients book online.

    As both a business owner and a consumer, I’ve noticed that some new clients are hesitant to share sensitive credit card information with a business they haven’t yet established trust with. Personally, I’ve skipped booking appointments online for this reason, and I believe some potential clients do the same.

    While I understand that requiring a credit card helps protect businesses from no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I believe that decision…

  4. I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.

  5. Please allow us to sort Reports alphabetically (by report name) and please FIX the the 'sort by date updated' which is broken

  6. I’d love the ability to offer “after hours” or exclusive booking windows as a perk for members at my medspa. Currently, there’s no built-in way to tie specific appointment availability to membership status, so I have to create workarounds with manual booking or hidden time blocks.

    It would be a game-changer if I could assign certain time slots or staff hours to be visible and bookable only to clients with active memberships. This would add serious value to membership plans, helping incentivize retention while keeping standard hours for the general public.

  9. It would be nice for a Resource Schedule on BLVD to be able to integrate with a google calendar, like staff calendars can. Many marketing applications are able to use the google calendar integration for staff, but it would be critical to have the resource calendar built in the integration, as well, to prevent double books on a device.

  10. Being able to search the Account Balance Report by date. It only displays in real time now. It would be very helpful to know your client balance liabilities at the end of the fiscal year for accounting purposes.

  11. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  13. I have regular clients that do walk-ins for one of our services, and it's quite an inconvenience for them to have to enter all of their info every time(first/last name, phone #, email)

  14. It would be nice if we could add the offer code at time of booking. Apparently this happens for online purchases with promo codes, but not in-house. In-house it can only be added at checkout which means we need to create a cheat sheet of codes so they can add to notes to remember to apply it at the appointment day, leaving a lot of room for staff mistakes.

  19. you should be able to create a specific custom link to send to clients to book. for example: create a link to all services with any provider, create a link to all services with a specific provider, create a link for specific services with a specific provider.

  20. employees should be able to see quickly and easily if they have serviced that particular client. currently the mobile app forces you to select each appointment that the client has had to see who serviced them. their main client profile page should immediately show appointment details beause that is the reason we are clicking on the clients profile the most- to view history. it should show say the date of their appointment, the type of appointment, and who it was with so that employees know if they are new to servicing them or if they are a repeat or return…
