Ability to track location-level analytics in the booking flow for GA4 and Meta Pixel
Currently, it is on the Gear icon, not the location level. This can lead to multi-location dashboards to have incorrect data.

Please return to the log in screen when the system auto logs out for HIPPA
When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -
Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected
- It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

Accommodations Notes for services
In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

Standing appointment
When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.
I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

Suggested Improvements for the Prebooking System
When prebooking an appointment, it would be helpful if, after selecting a time on the calendar, the view remained on the currently selected date rather than automatically jumping back to today’s date. This would streamline the process and reduce unnecessary navigation.
Additionally, it would be great to have a “Book Client Again” button for guests who want to prebook multiple appointments. This feature should automatically suggest or give the option to book the next appointment based on the same interval (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks) from the last appointment that was booked.

See the itemized view of what all products cost when checking out
When checking customers out, we don't see the items broken down in a list, but instead subtotaled all together. It's helpful for them to see how much each individual product costs, rather than the total of all the products.

please allow my providers to see the patient's DOB in the Pro App. Or provide them the ability to chart a patient from the Dashboard. I
Just let my provider see the patient's dob from the Pro App so they know the age of the person they're dealing with. Making them run to a desktop computer is screwing up our flow.

Do not allow a PO to save if it contains a line item with 0 order quantity
Currently, a PO can be saved with some lines containing an orer quantity of 0. This can happen when using our bulk add feature and saving without removing those specific lines. It would be a lot more efficient to either remove those lines once the PO is saved since they are irrelevant to the order, or not allow the PO to go past draft status without the user removing those line items or changing the order quantity themselves.
