"Phone Call" or "Correspondence" chart
It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

Yes, Sometimes we just need to add a chart note to document info if a client calls or sends a text or something
