  1. Being able to implement specific retention efforts when a client would like to schedule a cancellation. For example, offers such as a free extra vouchers, a discount off their membership for 1+ months, etc.

  2. There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

  4. With the recent update we've lost the capability to intuitively see a clients negative balance on their profile. We would utilize this function quite a bit in order to track/ or keep a running tab for our guests whether that was for cancellation fees or a payment plan.

    It would also be nice to be able to see the total negative balance at checkout.

  5. When purchasing a gift card, allow for it to be assigned to a particular service, and individual. Also show the gift card balance somewhere in the client profile

  7. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units

  9. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"

  11. Would love the ability to have example photos of the service and a preview of the starting price on the client landing page of services. This allows quick access to price info for clients who are just browsing and example photos of the service aid in easier navigation when determining what service is what. As a hairstylist, this is common on platforms like square, acuity, vagaro, and gloss genius

  12. Theres no reason we should have to do this on a spreadsheet but clear reporting of this is a CRITICAL need

    this is how its currently tracked on our spreadsheet but this is bare min:

    Total Booked Total Completed No Show Cancelled Walk In Rescheduled No Show/Cancelled Rate Completed Appt Rate

  13. We used to be able to see the next billing date, not just the most recent update and start date. It's extremely helpful to be able to forecast cash flow and doing away with this field limits that ability.

  18. As a Laser business, we have multiple tools that connect to the same machine. Some services need multiple attachments and some don't. Some services could be done one one machine OR another and if both are connected to the services both are required. I need the option to select and/or logic to resources to be able to control my schedule better. Right now some services cannot be booked online due to the limitations of your resources feature. Please add more functionality to make it easier to manage the schedule.

  20. Clients should be required to enter in all information, such as date of birth and home address at the time of booking their first appointment. A complete profile is essential, especially for marketing purposes.
