  1. We need an easy way to identify and reactivate clients with vouchers that have recently expired or are expiring soon. Right now, the only option is to do Excel surgery, which takes over half an hour and still doesn’t give me a reliable list of clients. This process is incredibly frustrating for me and for our staff who do reminder calls and texts. The current reports do not show vouchers which are in an expired state at the moment in which I draw the report.

  3. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  5. Being able to implement specific retention efforts when a client would like to schedule a cancellation. For example, offers such as a free extra vouchers, a discount off their membership for 1+ months, etc.

  6. There should be a tab at the top next to "Manage, Marketing, Calender, etc" for products/services where it tells you the price of all products and services. Kinda like a search bar at the top.

  8. Blvd is great from the admin side, but it's customer facing side is TERRIBLE. I need ya'll to prioritize fixing this.

    I switched to BLVD a year ago after a decade with booker. I made the switch because I needed some of the features that boulevard offers that booker didn't. BUT IT HAS COST ME SO MUCH IN BUSINESS.     Hey Asenath, thank you for all your feedback! We've noticed that you've left comments across several ideas, many of which relate to booking. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.


    On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients.   9. With the recent update we've lost the capability to intuitively see a clients negative balance on their profile. We would utilize this function quite a bit in order to track/ or keep a running tab for our guests whether that was for cancellation fees or a payment plan.

    It would also be nice to be able to see the total negative balance at checkout.

  12. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units

Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"

  15. Would love the ability to have example photos of the service and a preview of the starting price on the client landing page of services. This allows quick access to price info for clients who are just browsing and example photos of the service aid in easier navigation when determining what service is what. As a hairstylist, this is common on platforms like square, acuity, vagaro, and gloss genius

  16. Theres no reason we should have to do this on a spreadsheet but clear reporting of this is a CRITICAL need

    this is how its currently tracked on our spreadsheet but this is bare min:

    Total Booked Total Completed No Show Cancelled Walk In Rescheduled No Show/Cancelled Rate Completed Appt Rate

  17. We used to be able to see the next billing date, not just the most recent update and start date. It's extremely helpful to be able to forecast cash flow and doing away with this field limits that ability.
