give providers a notification when a rating was submitted for their appointment
Allow staff specific notifications to go out to a staff member when they get a rating for an appointment they completed rather than just sending notifications to the location email

Show block time on app - should be no reason to be on desktop to have to see blocked time during the work day. These should be viewable from the app

calendar zoom in/zoom out needed
I’m having a hard time seeing the details of appointments on the mobile app calendar view, especially when trying to quickly review service information. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a zoom in / zoom out feature within the calendar on the mobile app, allowing us to enlarge appointment details for easier viewing and navigation.
I think this would make managing appointments on the go much more user-friendly for service-based businesses.

Permission: Products
Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.

All unread messages should automatically be listed at the top. If a marketing message is sent and there are unread messages they get lost in the shuffle.

Client Note Templates
Lov Medspa would like the ability to duplicate client notes on the profile. aka "phrases" This is for their front desk, where their providers use charts.

filter out services redeemed with vouchers from sales summary
We would like the option to filter out the "Services Redeemed with Vouchers" line item from the Sales Summary so it's not factored into the total unless we want it to be.

option to have membership perks apply to packages
I would like to have membership discounts optionally be applied to packages, too - - not just products and services only. For example, if I sell a package that include 3 sessions of a service, why would a member who gets a 15% discount on all products and services not be able to get the discount applied to that? Makes no sense. We should have the option to include anything we are "selling" as part of a membership perk.

Photos should ALWAYS SAVE in gallery!
I CONSTANTLY LOSE PHOTOS!
I work between my laptop and an i-pad while I'm with a patient. I copy my previous note when seeing a patient for follow-up, and then remove the old photos as I take new ones on the ipad (this helps me to take similar angles since the old photo is fresh in my mind).
If I forget to close the note on my laptop, and take new photos in the note on my ipad, I will lose the new photos even after I have saved the note on my ipad and "X" out of the note…

charts
I have only just been on Blvd for one month but the ability to see client Charts is really lacking and I can only imagine the time it will take to sort through Charts which is essentially our full patient visit history once I have a year or two on Boulevard. There is no where to see all Charts in one place and the fact that they are not tied to the appointment/service clearly visible anywhere (except History which is only on the dashboard) is also very concerning. Would love an upgrade that allows providers to more easily view all…

booking history
Why can't we see all booking activity like a "booking history" section that shows all activity (new appointments booked, rescheduled appointments and cancelled appointments) for the entire clinic and have the ability to select a date range as well. This is available on Aesthetic Record and I'm surprised Bouelvard does not have this feature.

Add Order column to Schedule screen
It would really improve our provider workflow and ability to audit their client orders if there was an Order column on the Schedule screen. We also need the ability to select a date range on the Schedule screen rather than just seeing one day at a time.
