Boulevard currently does not offer a native dynamic pricing feature that allows services to automatically adjust based on demand, such as discounting slower days or applying higher pricing during peak times, weekends, or holidays. Introducing variable pricing rules based on day, time, or date range would allow salons to manage demand more strategically without duplicating services or relying on manual add-ons and policy text to explain price differences.

    Dynamic pricing would help salons incentivize bookings during low-demand periods while accurately valuing high-demand time slots, improving schedule utilization, revenue consistency, and pricing transparency for clients at checkout. This capability would reduce…

  2. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
    Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  4. I understand that I can go under reports and print off the individual provider reports, however those print offs are horrible! The clients' names are at the far right instead of the left. It makes what should be a quick glance a hassle.

  9. I have staff who perform certain tasks (laser hair removal vs skin care) on certain days. In order to make the schedule work, I needed to create 2 separate profiles for each of them. You should be able to define their services for the day so that a business only needs 1 profile but clients don't inadvertently book a service on a particular day when the staff is not available.

  12. To edit settings for individual staff members you have to change them one at a time. Settings like Price, assignability and online book capabilities should be assignable in bulk. One at the time is very click heavy and time consuming.

  14. Ability to allow digital invoices to be sent to clients via email, SMS, or shareable links directly from Boulevard. Then clients can pay using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or bank transfers. This would be similar to what Square offers.

  15. Ability for franchisees to create their own offers for their locations, with approval from corporate/franchisor.

    Ability for corporate to review offers active by location, by applicable type (service, product, etc.)

  19. If a client has a failed payment the business needs to receive an email and be able to pull a report of all the past due bills and payments. Crazy this is not a built in feature.
