  1. Offer codes must be customized to either allow combining with other offers, or disallow use with other offer codes in order to successfully minimize human error and ensure a high degree of accuracy in all checkouts. Ideally the list that can / cannot be combined can be customized. E.g. Friends & Family discount for team members CANNOT be stacked with any other promotions/discounts.

  2. It would be very nice to be able to set limits on certain types of appointments. I would like to be able to limit how many of certain types of appointments can be booked in a day.

  3. We need to submit forms to insurance companies sometimes, so it is imperative that we are able to cleanly print the ENTIRE notes - including any addendums made - without overlap or cutoff

  9. Currently, clients can only reschedule their appointments with the provider they're currently booked with. This can severely limit the options they see and cause them to cancel instead. This is a big hinderance to retention/revenue, especially with a business not based in provider-request specific booking.

Some clients specifically older ones dont know or want to go onto their online profile... like they probably dont even know they have one. they also dont have an email on file so they wont receive any appointment notifications or forms via text... They should receive this via text. I understand not pushing marketing to them but office notifications/forms and charts/appointment reminders should be sent

  11. Lets say a client wants to pre-purchase a service, at this time we cant do that. we would have to make an appointment to sell them the service... We should be able to sell a service without an appointment so they can keep it in their "wallet" to use at a different time.. For example if a service is on special and they want to pre pay/purchase we would have the ability to do so!!!

  12. It would be great if you could add a 'default member price' option next to the 'default price' that is on the service details page. We have specific pricing we want our members to pay, but the membership perk options aren't allowing us the flexibility we need.

When we are setting same day appointment reminders for patients, we should be able to set it to two hours out from the appointment and not get locked into picking one singular time for all appointment reminders to go out (ie. 7a, 8a, 9a, etc). It would be more courteous to the patients who have appointments scheduled later in the day.

  14. There are some intake form questions that a business should easily be able to identify per client. For ex - if a client is asked whether they consent to their treatment photos to be shared on social media and they decline, it would be helpful to then add a related tag to the client profile.

  15. Customer would like the ability to configure permissions that would grant Staff to only see their Calendar/Schedule of upcoming appointments but still be able to see a Client's full history of appointments, regardless of who performed the services.

    Currently there is a Permission for Appointments > Everyone's > Summary/Detail. If this is enabled, Staff will be able to view a Client's History of services regardless of which Staff performed that service.   17. Precision Scheduling lacks the option to distribute clients by seniority when "First Available" is selected. This is super unfortunate since I feel like most salons and spas operate that way. It's becoming a serious issue with my senior estheticians when all of the new bookings are going to my newer estheticians even when they have the availability. I've adjusted the Precision Scheduling to distribute clients evenly but this is a HUGE PROBLEM that I hope can be fixed ASAP!

  18. Offering digital gift cards with an auto generated gift card number would be great! We do not offer physical gift cards. So, the only way for us to sell gift cards at the salon is through the salon website via Boulevard.

  19. THIS SMALL INTEGRATION MAKES IT WORK ON THE BOULEVARDS SIDE, GIVING THE SALON A FULL LEVEL OF REVENUE AND NEW CLIENTS FROM OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS. MANY PAY NORMAL SERVICES TOO, AND PAYMENTS WHEN INTEGRATED IS BI-WEEKLY. THE INTEGRATION MAKES SURE THE CLIENTS FILL SLOW SPOTS AS WELL AS ALL LATE APTS , LAST MIN CANCELATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS ARE ALL PAID IN FULL
