  3. I know it may sound silly, but we have a larger staff, and having more colors would be helpful so that we don't have to reuse colors for stylists, it'll minimize some confusion

  4. We would like the ability to customize the order of how our staff are listed when patients choose a provider online. Instead of it being alphabetized, we would like to be able to list our primary injector first and secondary injector second.

  5. You should be able to customize which things show up in "Individual Appointments" and "Group Appointments" For instance, for something like couples massage I do not want to show up in individual appointments...but I can't customize that

  10. like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

  11. Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

  12. This is a ticket that compiles everything to support consumable products from how it's setup and managed, how it's sold, and how it's tracked to differentiate it from retail products and back bar consumption.

    Many services require multiple products to be used, so allowing for more than one product to be used per service would allow for better inventory tracking

  14. Have a "completed" certificate to print out so you know your employees completed training. I can't trust people at their word that they actually completed the training.

  15. We often need to document a phone message, or lab results, or need to create or complete a "task" of some sort for patients. Can we please create a "task" schedule or tab that we can see for patients. Currently our work around now is scheduling an appointment so we can document the task, but it will send the patient an appointment reminder if you create which confuses the patient. So a way to create and complete tasking for various items in charts without having to create an appointment would be extremely helpful.

  16. When you change an appointment type , the system should update any resources attached.
    The appointment stays linked to the resources associated with the other appointment type. This can cause double booking of a device.

  17. A report that pulls all the clients that have duplicate accounts so we can easily merge them without having to stumble upon their multiple accounts or search the client list to see duplicates

  18. We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.

  20. Be able to have an ADD photo button to the Before/After photos. Sometimes you have more than 3 for each and it would be more convenient to add photos vs. adding a whole new chart.
