Right now the system only allows for a single shift per day per staff member
ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-6pmWe need the option to have multiple times or split-shifts instead
ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pmUsing time blocks for lunches and meetings is not good because the "lunch" blocks visually look like staff meetings, etc and messy with the color overlays.

We would like to see better analytics in the marketing space after email blasts go out. We would like to be able to "resend to non-openers" similar to a platform like Constant Contact.

Different services options per therapist
Different therapists are able to perform different services. We have to adjust every enhancement not good across the board for every therapist to an add on, and it makes things confusing and less fluid for our clients when booking.
If a therapist is unassigned for a service enhancement, that should reflect when a client books online.

Faxed reports to patient chart
Be able to receive faxes so lab reports can be automatically added to patient's charts without having to scan them and attach to document.

Gear vs. Manage
It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;
If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.
Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)
The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.
This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

Capability to email or text forms to clients
It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

It would be great to add date of birth and address as a required field in the booking process online.

membership cancellation email
Need the ability to send the membership cancellation email for the cancellation date not time it is cancelled. Memberships are cancelled at time they are sold since there is not an option to preset only a 12 month membership term and clients get confused when receiving cancellation email so early.

Add the ability to bulk add time blocks for all staff members at once.
This would be really useful for instances when we're having a company meeting and need to ensure the provider's are blocked from booking so they are able to attend.

offers- more usable for marketing not just discounts
Offers should have more options.
-----The apply to all should not affect appointments already booked; it renders it fairly unusable. You can always do that manually as well. Most do not want to discount things already booked, it does not make sense. We should be using discounts to drive more money not less.

Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

Prepaid Unit Improvements - Tax + Commission
Elite Aesthetics would like to see improvements in prepaid unit sales. They need there to be tax added, since they have to add tax at checkout for these same items. They also would like them to be commissionable.

Need a log of staff member that reassigned commission
Need to be able to identify the staff member that changed the commission assignment on a completed order.

Allow the ability to adjust quantity desired on-hand when adjusting quantities of products.
When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.
