EOD deposit and count drawer
Instead of doing the payout for deposit before confirming the drawer count, the deposit feature should be included on the count drawer screen. I'd like to count all the money in the drawer including the incoming cash for the day and then have a button that says payout deposit where i can put the difference of what i took in the day and what i started with and THEN confirm drawer, so that the new drawer starts with the amount we keep in the drawer at all times. Having the gallery with the clients photo should be on the client profile displayed so when a client comes in they are eaily identified
Have the existing clients photo displayed next to the client's name so they are identified when in the office by a staff member

Better Cancellation Tracking on Calendar
I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.
Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

Weeks at a time wait list.
When clients or receptionists need to put someone on the waitlist, make it available to put them on the waitlist for weeks at a time for any openings that come up besides same day.

Client Records report - Allow filtering based on Client birthday month
We would like the ability to filter a the Client Records report by a Clients birthday month. The Report has a Birthdate column, but you cannot filter it - only sort.

Allow us to send patients a link for direct feedback
For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

Permissions for Cash Register access
Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.
In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

Search feature in Messages tab
It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

void old orders
Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

Allow offers to be applied to certain clients
In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.

Pop-Up Alert for Clients Booking a Second Appointment on the Same Day
Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

We would like retention reports with the ability to see retention per services performed. This would give us the ability to see how many clients are coming back for which services.

Referral program points vs. account credit
It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.
