Add built-in installment payment feature
Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

There should be an option to resend forms after a specific time period. For example, a client should need to update their intake form every 6 months.

Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. Annual Membership
We are offering annual memberships that include a set of services over the course of the year, 4 of 1 treatment, 6 of another, etc. Currently memberships only allow us to include monthly services as vouchers. It would be so helpful if we could set how many of each type of service they are allowed during the course of a 12 month membership.

Adjust booking name
It would be nice to be able to adjust a booking's client/name. As of now, having to cancel the booking, then rebook takes too much time at check in or check out, the guest typically has to wait, creating a bad experience.

Quick book links where we can send a an appointment time slot to patients to fill out.
We need cards on file for appointments so a quickbook link with the service and time slot already chosen would be awesome then all they have to do is input their info & card.

Group booking two providers
We would like group booking to allow selection of two providers in addition to automatically blocking times off.
Currently, we have to block these times manually for the second provider. This would save us time.

More Granular Employee Access & Improved Inventory Report Filtering
It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

Net service/product/package sales should not include tips or at the very least you should be able to filter out tips!
It makes no sense to include tips in net sales if your team members receive their tips or a portion of their tips. That is not revenue - it's tips (totally separate). Why isn't it possible to remove this through a simple filter?

I would like to have even more control over memberships. For instance the ability to set the frequency of the perk separately
The ability to change the frequency of perks separate from the membership frequency. For instance, I want the patient to be build monthly for a year long membership and have a perk added to their account every 3 months.

Reserve CC on file without service pricing
We are unable to provide service pricing due to the variance of providers rates. This creates a problem as BLVD isn't prompted to collect credit card information to remain on file for No-Shows/ Cancellations.

Edit Service Duration at Checkout
Be able to edit service duration at checkout if the service is changed at checkout. We want to be able to track service provider's utilization, but can't if the duration changes to 0h0m at checkout.

Be able to see which staff members make changes to appointments.
If there's someone who reschedules the appointment or adds a note to the appointment, it would be good to see who made that change or added the note.
