  2. Please provide this the same way you have done for Shopify. Zapier is super complicated for the WooCommerce integration, and it doesn't work well. I need my inventory to sync simultaneously and correctly between WooCommerce and Boulevard.

    1. Please allow us to categorize forms/charts.

    2. Charts are the entire contents of a patient record. What you are calling a "Chart" should more correctly be called a "Note" or "Chart Note" or "Chart Document".

    3. Text fields should allow either HTML like what we can enter in fields that allow markdown, or at least allow macros where we can use short keystrokes that replace text in the note field. At least allow today's date to be coded in a text field like {{currentdate}}. When patients sign the document, does it come with a date/time stamp? Why not show that on the…

  3. Be able to increase the size of the Before and Afters on desktop and ipad. They're very hard to see in the current state, so it's hard to point out areas of improvement to patients.

  4. We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.

  5. add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks

  6. The ability to reference which staff member was associated with a transaction and or part of a transaction would be an extremely helpful addition to reporting.

    The end goal would allow us to add the staff member that performed the service or sold the product in which the transaction is being paid for within.

  7. I used to never get any disputes with my other credit card machines, Elavon. Im a little shock by the amount I have lost and dealt with on actual customers. I want to see if anyone else is seeing an up tick from Boulevard to their previous companies and why.

  9. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

  10. Blushington would like this button to be at the top of the page, as they feel that clients are missing this critical final step in the online booking process because they have to scroll down to complete booking.

  16. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  18. Orders will be opened by accident and then left, when reviewing to see if it was an error or if the client owes the company, we have to go one by one and the sysytem refeshes so then we have go back to our place
    very time consuming and a waste of time.
    Just tried to close out all order but this is impossible
    I should be able to review the order and the account, return to sales and check it off, once i am done reveiwing a couple of client then I delete them together
