  1. Group booking - instead of going back to the cart to "add more" the system should stop and alert them to select another appointment for the second person before moving to the next step. Currently it allows them to bypass it and go right to the calendar. We have so many guest that are confused on how to book groups or they think they booked their party when really, they only booked one person, leaving the front desk to call them.   2. I’d like the ability to create a drip-style membership program where clients automatically receive different vouchers, perks, or rewards on specific months of their membership. For example, one month might include a voucher for service A, while another month could include a voucher for service B. The goal is to have these benefits distributed automatically based on a set schedule, rather than all at once.

  3. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  4. Having an option to bypass tax collection on a sale when selling to an individual who has tax exempt status. This would differ from an Other payment type in that it would not give the front desk an option to create another open-text field.

  5. There's no notification that a client's card was declined when ran for their monthly membership, just flags their chart. So if you don't go looking for it, you'll never know their payment wasn't processed. If it notified us, we could reach out to the client sooner to update their card information.

  7. printable service ticket with appointment history, product purchases, and future appointments to be suggested to the team. It would streamline the tracking of services in our salon to be able to have a paper to edit or change things on.

  8. Class Management - This switch to Boulevard has almost completely killed our customer base when it comes to Classes. No one signs up anymore due to the difficulty and confusion of booking. We have loved most things about our switch over from Vagaro, but trying to offer all of our classes is somewhat of a nightmare. The set up on the management side is cumbersome, and then to go to all that work to set it up just to have it be a pain in the butt for our customers to book is no good.   9. There has to be a way to mark messages as un-read if they are opened. We have providers who use messaging to follow up with pts post treatments. If the front desk accidentally opens up the messages the providers arent able to see the original notification that their patient responded. This is happened all the time and needs to get resolved for continuous patient care.

  10. Many clients request female or male therapists specifically. Online booking should have 2 more options in addition to "First Available" - which would be "First Available Female" and "First Available Male" (and possibly a Trans/non-gender option). This would make online booking for clients much more easy and intuitive.

  12. We use text marketing. We like it. We use the lost client text marketing. That text campaign has to be very generic though because it goes out to any and all clients, regardless of what service they are receiving. We were hoping to have a text campaign that is specifically tied to the service that the patient/client received. Example: The lost client campaign is something along the lines of "we haven't seen you in 90 days, click this link to book an appoint now."   13. We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.

  18. A metric to track how many appointments were scheduled (created) during the date range would be very helpful to know how productive the front desk was. It can be used to show a growth in front desk productivity in getting clients to rebook.

  19. Create a report that shows detail for account credit adjustments and transactions that also includes comments in the reasons section.

    OR create a cue or different term for the word "Adjusted" that's in the Action column when you click "View History" from the Account Credit section of the client's profile.
