Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns.
Currently I can only run 1 reminder to book automated campaigns with a variable date parameter.
I would prefer to have two different ones, one to be automated to send 7 days after an appointment, and another to be automated to send 14 days after an appointment.
Also the ability to rename the automated campaign. Currently I cannot customize the name and its hard to keep track if it is used for something else.

Client gallery image modification
You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

Conditional logic on forms
There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.

Charts & Forms Conditional Elements
Some elements in form/charts need follow up questions, they only need to show if the first part is used. It's bulky to have them all show even if it's not relevant.
Examples:
Question 1: checkbox A is selected -> show follow-up Question B
or

Ability for easier/quicker way for employees to log in
Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.
I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.

phone number ONLY for check in
check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

we can change the time reminder texts are sent out
Sending out the day before confirmation texts at night is inconvenient, it would be better if we could set the time they're sent especially so it reflects our cancellation policy

Custom Auto-population
Be able to create custom items to auto-populate, such as previous medication dose, vitals. Or being able to auto-populate the notes section in the client profile.

Multiple pages to stay open and redirect you to start over
When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious

Have room priorities for different providers
Be able to have a priority that appointments are booked in a certain room first, and then into other rooms if that room is full.

Reporting on Membership Cancellation Reasons
Now that we're required to enter a reason why a membership is being canceled, we need to be able to report on this data to understand the most common reasons why clients cancel memberships and track them over time.

Archiving chart option when "in progress"
It would be helpful to have the option to archive any charts even if they have been started or "in progress". This would be a nice option to have in case 2 of the same charts or open, or the opened chart was not used or a different one was needed.

Currently form access is either all the way turned on or off. It'd be great if we could restrict access for certain forms/charts to protect sensitive client information.

Client demographic reports
To improve overall organizational performance and quality we believe it is important to be able to generate reports on client demographic variables collected throughout the intake process. These include things like (gender or racial identity). Additionally it would be helpful to be able to run reports for fields that are contained in forms. make app more like desktop view
- Stylists should be able to see who booked the appointment from their app, not just from the receptionist's view on desktop
- It would be nice to see the whole week
- Sending messages through the app to contact clients/see confirmations
- Stylist could see their merchant account info in their app
