Allow for you to create a discount for packages
There should be able to be a way you can make deals on Packages, not just individual appointments.

Appointment changes are changing many other things.
When changes are made to appointments, room assignments need to not change. When one service is updated or added, it changes the times for all their other services, thus creating a mess and confusion of when their original bookings were.

Email marketing call to action text button option
Small addition, but it would be amazing if there was an option to put a call to action button where the client can text us. There's just call/email/visit website.

Need a way to schedule clinic shutdowns and LUNCH
you need a way to book lunch breaks easily, ongoing. the 52 week limit on ongoing repeated blocks is frustrating- should not have to remember to reset it every 52 weeks. Lunch breaks are pretty standard necessity in a schedule!!
Also- it allows an opportunity for online scheduling to sneak through before you reset it )=Also an easier holiday feature to block would be nice

limit referral to locations
Need to be able to use the referral program but only for certain locations, we have a barbershop in our salon group and the value would be too high for them to use

Provide owner insights and reccomendations on the dashboard
use ai to make suggestions based on historical data on different business operation strategies such as "Reduce/Increase staffing/hours Saturdays in December." or "Change availability of staff A because their usage is low/high." or "Run a 30% off special in the spring based on customer trends." or "Call/Email these people to offer xyz service based on previous bookings."
Basically use data to give automatic insights and suggestions to the owners of the service. Currently, we have reports which are great. However, it would be nice to get trendiness, graphs, charts, and suggestions/recommendations for the non tech-savvy owner who uses your services…

Cancellation follow up option
Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

Add prep time option
Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

Better Cancellation Tracking on Calendar
I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.
Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

Set an invoice to charge on a certain day
If a patient is paying in the future or owes for a package, etc., it would be nice to be able to schedule an invoiced date in the future.

Allow clients to be able to modify their card on file
It would be super helpful for clients to be able to modify their card on file. Unfortunately as it stands now they have to call our office (which isn't always open) and since we operate virtually it's incredibly inconvenient for patients and staff.

View a client's open orders via client profile
A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

ongoing injectable and laser tables in treatment records note
Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

email creates duplicate accounts
PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

CRM Tool
A reportable field that our team could fill in with the next outreach date, a drop-down of why we need to reach out (rebook, membership, customer service are the general drop-downs that come to mind).
Report on clients without a future appointment scheduled including name, home studio, last appointment date, type of service, dates of last outbound message sent and last inbound message received through Boulevard

Bulk editing on orders under sales tab
Orders will be opened by accident and then left, when reviewing to see if it was an error or if the client owes the company, we have to go one by one and the sysytem refeshes so then we have go back to our place
very time consuming and a waste of time.
Just tried to close out all order but this is impossible
I should be able to review the order and the account, return to sales and check it off, once i am done reveiwing a couple of client then I delete them together6 votes -

New Payroll report that include all services commissions, Tips and retail commissions
I would like if we could have one report that inludes all the commissions from services and retail plus gratuities. Right now we just have the summary report which does not have any details. We have to send many report to each technician instead of one.

We should be able to add a form to an existing appointment and manually send it without resending the forms reminder
The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.
