  3. please place more than 3 options for the tip suggestions 4-5 options allows people to tip more, or not feel guilty when they cant. Its a fact that if there are button options listed for you the client is more likely to choose one than to put a custom amount and if its available on the screen they're more likely to just click on the screen and sign. This would be making it easier on the client at checkout and only having 3 options limits them. 18% 20% 22% 25% is better than 18% 20% 25% or 15% 20% 25%…

  6. If a membership reduces pricing for a specific service it should automatically do that instead of having to add a bunch of add ons.

    For example: for our injectable members, our botox unit goes from $15 to $13/ unit. For anyone enrolled in membership when we are at check out this should be auto updated

  9. When a client is booking online, previous booking systems had a visual to let you know there was an online booking happening but this system does not have a way to let you know when a client is booking online for the spot you are simultaneously booking someone on the phone leading to one of the clients needing to get rescheduled, which they are never happy about no matter how innocent the issue.

  11. We end up with lots of clients with two profiles. Often times they end up with a second profile because they used a secondary email or phone number to book online. Having an option to match all of these to one profile would help prevent the continued creation of these redundant profiles

  13. A lot of my patients have been asking me for a subscribe form to subscribe to our marketing. This would also be helpful when I go to events to have people fill out their info and check yes for subscribing to emails and sms.We need to be able to embed a marketing submission form that I can put on my website where if a client fills it out, it saves their information to boulevard so they can subscribe to our marketing.

  14. It would be extremely helpful if, based on a client's age, we could set special parameters for them. And when that client turns 18, the system (using the Date of Birth in their profile) can automatically turn those parameters off.
    Implementation: When creating a form or chart, a toggle switch for "Underage Version", that allows you to change wording to parent/guardian signature and such, and maybe an option that forces the signature to be handwritten (thus allowing the business the verify if it looks like the parent actually signed and not the underage client).   15. a report I can pull with appointments that were assigned to 1 person for a particular day, even if they were later cancelled or moved to another provider? We are trying to find the impacts of a particular provider with excessive absences.
