  1. Many clients complain that they didn't have enough time to change or cancel their appointment within our cancellation policy once receiving the reminder email. It would be nice to be able to change when that could be sent.

  3. It would be nice to send laser appointments pre-treatment instructions, as well as other services. Because each service requires different instructions prior to treatment, I cannot add this in to 'client instructions' otherwise every patient would receive the exact same text even if they were not coming in for that specific appointment.

  4. our patients check in using the Duo app. if they dont have an appointment it sayd "Dont have an appointment? Tap here". if the client taps it just says "please see a staff member" it would be nice if the patient was able to see what appointments were available and to self schedule vs waiting for staff to help. we currently dont have a front desk staff so clients are forced to hover waiting for a provider to come out to help them schedule.

  6. We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)

    Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…

  11. It would be helpful to have a reporting feature that shows which clients have recurring or standing appointments and how many active appointments they have, within a range. This report should also identify which clients do not have any appointments booked out within the time frame, so that we can reach out to those who need to book out for ex. holiday seasons or during other events

  12. Feature Request: Toggle On/Off for Image Mark-Ups

    Enable the ability to toggle image mark-ups (annotations such as Botox units, injection sites, treatment notes, etc.) on and off when displaying before-and-after photos.

    Currently, when patients view before-and-after images, the photos often contain visible mark-ups showing treatment notes, units, or injection sites. While useful for clinical or internal purposes, these mark-ups distract patients and take away from the emotional impact of the transformation. Patients want to see a clean, side-by-side comparison of results without overlays interfering with their perception of beauty and outcome.

  14. I would like to see on the back end an option to create vouchers that can be applied to client's accounts at will by certain permission groups. This would be useful for specials and such. Currently, vouchers are only in Packages and Memberships. Also, I would love if vouchers could be applicable for products, not just services.

  15. Right now, text reminders are only available for 24 hours before or same day reminders. We have noticed the emails either get lost or go to spam, and 24 hours isn't enough time to fill openings if they cancel . If the 3 or 4 day notification could be text too it would help the business a lot. Clients read texts way more

  17. We only want some service providers available to book online for specific time blocks. We would love if we could input multiple availabilities for our employees.

    ex:
    Jane Doe's Schedule
    Monday: 10am-12:30pm,1pm-3:30pm, 4pm-6:30pm

    We have a spa that we only take clients at specific times and in order for our clients to be able to book that online we have to constantly put in reset blocks in their schedules every day they work and repeat the time blocks for months in advance due to the fact that their "schedule" has to say "9am-5pm".

  19. When a member pays for themselves and a guest in one invoice, currently any member discounts (automatic offer codes for example) auto-apply to their guest as well. We would love to customize this, as many of these discounts are not intended to be shared with guests.

    I’d love to suggest a feature that would make Boulevard even more powerful for service businesses: Flexible Pricing Rules.

    Right now, I can adjust pricing by staff, add-ons, or manually at checkout, but there isn’t a built-in way to automatically apply surcharges or premium rates based on time of day or specific dates.

    Here are a few use cases:
    • After-Hours Appointments: Automatically add $X or a % increase when a service is booked outside regular business hours.
