Right now, when you visit a client profile, the messages tab just shows messages from whichever location you are currently on in Boulevard. It would be helpful if this included messages from both locations, just like their profiles show upcoming appointments for both locations.

Instead of having a client check in screen there could be other options. Solo estheticians with everything in their room don't really need a check in screen.

Allergies and Medications
Allergies and medications are not as visible on the patient profile as they should be, and this is a patient safety concern.
This information needs to be more prominent and easy to access at a glance. If it’s buried or requires extra clicks, it increases the risk of missed allergies or medication interactions. Making this more visible would help providers make safer, faster decisions and improve overall patient care.

send digital gift card purchasing in person
When someone purchases a gift card in person, there's no option to send a digital gift card to a recipient. It only sends the purchaser a receipt. We don't want to carry physical gift cards, but there should be an option to send this digitally.

Subscription report is incorrect/incomplete
When you run a subscription report, any client that has more than one subscription will show up blank. This defeats the purpose of the report because you then have to look at each client individually to determine their status.
As an example, if a client has previously canceled a membership, but started a new one, their status on the Subscription report will be blank.
