  2. The ability to set the "Scheduling rules" for booking and adjust based on day of the week. The goal being to allow clients to book same day on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays.

  7. Right now, when you visit a client profile, the messages tab just shows messages from whichever location you are currently on in Boulevard. It would be helpful if this included messages from both locations, just like their profiles show upcoming appointments for both locations.

  9. We are a wellness center with 18+ modalities. We have clients that do set things multiple times a week ever week. Is there a possibility that we can repeat appointment instead of having to build multiple schedules each week

  11. When adding a suggested product to an order it should really default to the staff member who entered the suggest product onto a client's profile as the seller, or at least show which staff member suggested it so the proper staff gets commission.

  13. Allergies and medications are not as visible on the patient profile as they should be, and this is a patient safety concern.

    This information needs to be more prominent and easy to access at a glance. If it’s buried or requires extra clicks, it increases the risk of missed allergies or medication interactions. Making this more visible would help providers make safer, faster decisions and improve overall patient care.

  19. When someone purchases a gift card in person, there's no option to send a digital gift card to a recipient. It only sends the purchaser a receipt. We don't want to carry physical gift cards, but there should be an option to send this digitally.

  20. When you run a subscription report, any client that has more than one subscription will show up blank. This defeats the purpose of the report because you then have to look at each client individually to determine their status.

    As an example, if a client has previously canceled a membership, but started a new one, their status on the Subscription report will be blank.
