Be able to block off the schedule for certain services on certain days.
Be able to block off the schedule for certain services on certain days. For example: we have events on Thursdays and Fridays a couple times a month at a location other than our office that require appts. But we can't block our schedule for the day. People book other services than our event and we have to immediately reschedule because we won't be in person at the office. Does that make sense??

There needs to be a feature to mark clients as request or non-request. This is VITAL to have fair books and balancing the books to ensure all service providers have a fair shot of building their clientele. Our old booking system allowed us to mark each individual appointment as request or non request with a clear color on the appointment to make it visable. The only way to on boulevard is adding a color tag, which adds to every service the client books (not helpful if they're seeing multiple service providers on the same day)

text message confirmation
Our clients do not know that they need to go to the manage appointment to complete forms. Everyone that comes in, do not have their forms completed which is time consuming in the spa. I suggest putting a "complete paperwork" button above the manage button in the appointment confirmation text.

Pro App Metrics
It would be great to be able to see in the metric area of the app, a breakdown of each product sold and the price. To track income better as a commission stylist, and having a receptionist checking out guests.

Currently Lacking Enough Permission Control
Currently, it appears that the ability to edit products, SKUs, services, and related operational settings requires granting “Manage Business” access through the gear icon. The concern is that this also appears to give the user access to areas they should not necessarily control, including permission groups and staff privilege settings.
This creates an internal-control and security issue for businesses that need to delegate operational setup tasks without also delegating access-control authority.
A business may reasonably need a manager or operations staff member to:
- Create and edit products
- Add or edit SKUs
- Manage inventory-related product details
- Create and edit services
- Update…

Right now, it appears that the ability to edit products, SKUs, services, and other operational settings requires granting “Manage Business” access through the gear icon. The problem is that this also gives the staff member access to areas they should not control, including the ability to edit permission groups and potentially change their own or other users’ privileges.
For our practice, this creates a real internal-control and security issue. We need to delegate operational setup tasks to trusted managers — for example:
Creating and editing products
Adding or editing SKUs
Managing inventory-related product details
Creating and editing services

allow single session purchase without booking
Allow customers the option to purchase a single session without having to book an appointment. If there’s a sale and a customer wants to purchase a single session and use later they can’t. Boulevard forces an appointment for all services unless purchased as a package or membership.

It would be nice to have a 4 day view even when there are more than 6 staff members /resources available. It's hard to schedule out multiple days without this feature.

Adding multiple services and multiple tech on the professional app.
Allowing multiple bookings, clients should be able to book multiple services and multiple technicians at the same time on the professional app. This is very common in the nail salon industry. For example, one client may get a pedicure and manicure at the same time, with one technician working on their toes and another technician working on their nails.

More Flexibility with Text notifications
I know there has been work on text notifications, but I would like to include more flexibility. Including adding at least 1 more notification about an upcoming appointment via text. I would also like the ability to push this text out 7 days prior to the appointment.

Ability to track appointment booked through text marketing link
I have just recently started using the text marketing feature. I have to be strategic with how often we use it due to cost. Currently it only tracks how many clients have "clicked the link" in the text message. Our clinic needs to know if those clients are actually booking an appointment through the link, not just clicking it. The ability is already there within the automated campaigns. It would be a beneficial update for the blast campaigns to show the same data.

Let us change the wording in the automatic text sent out for ratings.
I like to give my clients $10 off if they leave us a five star rating on Google, but I cannot rely this to them in the ratings text message that is sent out
