Marketing
The Marketing suite is horrible! It is so difficult to use. You need to make it easier because it is also extremely expensive. I left Booker to come to you and their marketing suite which is called Frederick is easy to use. With you guys I had to get mailchimp to send emails. I am not happy about this at all.

Rescheduling Option
If we know a patient needs to reschedule but they don't yet know what time would work for them or they haven't responded back to an offered time...there should be a wait list spot for us to move the unscheduled appointment to until they respond. This way we can move it off of the schedule to free up their original spot for other patients but not have to cancel and remake there appointment when they do eventually respond/or are ready to reschedule and the appt can keep its original notes etc.

Option to enter in default unit price for services, so we can run a profits on services report
We would like to run a report that shows us the profits on performed services. To do this, we need to be able to enter in the actual unit prices of products used in services. Right now, active products allow us to enter in default unit price, we would like the same for services.

Add date ranges to report downloads like summaries have
When you download a summary, it has the date range for the summary in the file name. When you download a custom report it just has the report name. This is hard when you need multiple reports of different date ranges and they are all named "Custom report.csv" and "Custom report(1).csv" It would be nice to have the date range for the report like the summaries have.

Order of stylists listed when guests go through online booking...
We would LOVE to be able to change the way our stylists are listed to guests when booking online. Even if we could change from most expensive to least and go the opposite would be nice from time to time. They are the ones building their books the most and I want to see if that helps get them more results:) But just having the option to have them come up differently when booking online would be AMAZING!

Pls make the loyalty program points system easier to understand
It is so hard to understand and I cannot understand why. It should be a very simple setup of every 100 dollars spent = x
Whenever I have to work with it we have to call chat to explain our dollar amount set up.There should also be an auto-send email about loyalty points so it can be used for marketing, ie, it should talk to other things.
It should also have an auto-enroll (if you want it) toggle. Our reception has so many boxes to tick when making a first-time apt; it's a lot.

give the option to copy notes from appointment to client profile
When cancelling an appointment, give the option for the notes left on the appointment cancellation to automatically copy into the client profile notes also

Allow the automatic away message to be turned off or paused from the message tab
The automatic away messages are great. It would be nice to be able to pause them or turn them off from the messages tab. Sometimes we are working after close or before open, and it is awkward to have the away message pop up in the text chain with the guest.

Fix the audience default that is 24 months
There is some sort of bug where our audience keeps defaulting to 24 months even when we have saved a much smaller audience...its super expensive for us. We think we are sending to 600 people and it goes to 5k.
Please update the default audience to 1 year or 0 to keep from costly sends...even if you simply forget to change it 1 year would be a better choice.

For extra security measures when purchasing gift cards, a drivers license needs to be attached for verification.
For extra security measures when purchasing gift cards, a drivers license should be required with a link provided to submit their driver's license that gets linked to their account with verbiage to include they will need to also provide identification at the time of their appointment along with the original credit card they used.

add voucher quantities to Voucher Liability Summary
It's great to be able to see voucher values that are redeemed at the same or other locations and would be just as valuable to see the quantity of those vouchers as well.
