  1. I have had difficulty setting up an Event that i need clients to sign up for. I have had to use another platform and then encored cost. Maybe I am unaware how to do, but thus far have not been able to do this.

  3. When looking at a refund for an order, there is no indication for whether commission was clawed back or not. It would be ideal to have that on the refund and not have to look at the detailed commission report.

  5. Create an option for a custom package. For example, if we run a BOGO laser hair removal package, we would need to make a package for every single area (underarms, bikini etc) and then change them monthly. Can we please have a custom package option where we can load vouchers, discounts etc all at once to check them out with?

  6. when looking at service/product catalog or staff members, inactive profiles are unnecessary so a filer would be helpful. Not all records reports have an "active" column so it isn't always actually even clear what is active or not.

  7. Updating a past product / package sale for example will move the sale in reporting from the date of sale to the date it was updated for said provider.

    This essentially invalidates past iterations of said report and can cause issues with accounting. We would like an option to turn this behavior off or an offering of a solution.

  9. When editing client or product details, there is no warning if you close the popover without saving your changes. The system knows there is a change because it highlights the "save" button, so it should be able to alert me if I didn't click the save button before leaving.

    It isn't often, but I occasionally leave the screen thinking I saved the changes and they are all gone forever.

  10. Schedule alert visibility on charts without being visible once chart is submitted. This can decrease errors related to charting, medication, services, etc.

  12. Printing anything on is so hard. Please make it easier to print any no show list. Cancellation list or even service pricing. Printing is so difficult here!!!!!

  16. When in the calendar view, if I click "todays date" to schedule an appointment on a different day, it ALWAYS jumps and cuts off the first week of the next month. It is so frustrating. You have to click on a random later date in the month and then click it again to reach the beginning weeks of the new month.

  20. The calendar in the iOS app has an "is working" filter that is the same as the dashboard. But the filter shows staff members who only have a timeblock even if they aren't on the schedule to work and have no appointments scheduled. This clutters up an already small view. The filter should match the dashboard and only show staff members who are scheduled to work or have an appointment scheduled.
