  1. Currently, summaries are location-based, requiring users to log into each location's dashboard individually to view booked forecast information. This feature would introduce a new report that aggregates data from all locations, providing:

  2. I would really like the ability to add merge fields in the text notifications. We're a busy medspa and would like the ability to include information in the text notifications like <customer name> and <service> in the notifications.

  3. We require new patients/customers to pay a deposit (to protect against no shows). Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish between current customers and new customers. We need a gateway (are you a new customer question) OR ideally a way of showing certain services to new patients and certain services to existing patients. This has become a big issue as rather than booking under services titled "New Patients to XXXXX Start Here" since they require a deposit, they circumvent the system and book under other services.

  4. This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:

    1. Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
    2. Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
    3. Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients

    This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.

    The feature would simplify payroll processes and eliminate the need for workarounds like creating separate "Employee Services" categories with 0% commission rates.…

  6. Please provide this the same way you have done for Shopify. Zapier is super complicated for the WooCommerce integration, and it doesn't work well. I need my inventory to sync simultaneously and correctly between WooCommerce and Boulevard.

  8. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

  9. It would be beneficial to have the maiden name of clients connected to their profile as well. We have clients get referred and list a client's maiden name or married name, but we can't find them in the system because their new/old last name isn't updated.

  14. Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

  16. It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments

  20. For clients who are always late, good for them to book online and this comes in automatically.

    If a client who has a False Start books online we need to text them and see if they can come in 15 min earlier and add the false start.
