  1. It would be very nice to be able to set limits on certain types of appointments. I would like to be able to limit how many of certain types of appointments can be booked in a day.

  2. It would be amazing to have an option where new clients are automatically directed to the first available provider or appointment slot when booking online. Right now, new clients often select specific providers, which can delay booking availability and create gaps in schedules. This feature would help maximize booking capacity, improve client experience with faster availability, and better distribute new client traffic across the team. Even having this as an optional toggle in settings would be incredibly helpful.

  4. I would like an option (like in Square) for my stylists to approve or decline an appointment that was booked online. Sometimes there are scheduling conflicts, and this would help prevent that. Currently we have to reach out directly to clients to reschedule.

  6. THIS SMALL INTEGRATION MAKES IT WORK ON THE BOULEVARDS SIDE, GIVING THE SALON A FULL LEVEL OF REVENUE AND NEW CLIENTS FROM OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS. MANY PAY NORMAL SERVICES TOO, AND PAYMENTS WHEN INTEGRATED IS BI-WEEKLY. THE INTEGRATION MAKES SURE THE CLIENTS FILL SLOW SPOTS AS WELL AS ALL LATE APTS , LAST MIN CANCELATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS ARE ALL PAID IN FULL

  8. The ability to upload a client profile photo so we know who they are. Kind of like the provider photos but we'd see their faces. Clients can upload their own photo as well on their client portal.

  9. Currently you can only see account credits for a PT under wallet. It would be helpful to see all account credits on the main profile page. It also does not show up at checkout for a PT. Have account credits and GC amounts visible through the PT profile tabs.

I would love if there was a native way for the system to give the option for stylist to receive full commission when doing an offer (the business takes on the cost of the discount) I know there is a work around for this (closing the discounted amount to other and then deleting the offer) but that kind of defeats the purpose if its a 1 time offer we'd like to track.

  11. It would be beneficial if we were able to adjust a ticket after it has already been closed out. With my previous software, I was able to change providers, services and break up a service if two employees worked on the same person for one service.

  12. I would like a report where I can see how many clients rebooked at the time of visit and what staff member rebooked them. Having this reporting data would make it easier to offer commission on rebooking and incentivize the front desk to get every client rebooked thus directly increasing business sales through future appointments booked.

  13. A setting for the tip to only be calculated from the total of the service and not include percentage of products sold. This way it is only suggesting a tip amount for the total of the service and not the skincare products that were added.

  16. If a client has a failed payment the business needs to receive an email and be able to pull a report of all the past due bills and payments. Crazy this is not a built in feature.

  17. I would like to submit an idea. I feel for text messaging in the med spa business is very important, especially in such a fast paced time like today. But since we are paying for those certain amount of texts, if we happen to not use all of them, I feel it would be nice to have them rolled over. I think once a med spa gets busier, even with the rolled over usages, it'll still go over what's given in that package so it'll be a win win situation for both sides.

  19. It would be great to have the price of a base service available, along with add on options/pricing BEFORE selecting a provider. It is very frustrating to not know that information. We have had potentially new clients call, while looking at the booking screen, concerned that if they select a provider they are locked in to booking without knowing the price.

  20. We have some employees that need more lead time for online booking than others (they live much farther away). It would be useful to be able to change the online booking lead times for just those employees and keep it at the business default for everyone else.
