Allow referral program's new client code to be applied to a later appointment
Currently, if a new client doesn't use their referral code on their first appointment's order (for example, if there's a separate new client offer they want to use first), the code doesn't appear as usable on a later order, since it's only fixed to the first appointment.
Instead, the discount must be manually added but then doesn't apply towards referral program reporting.It would be great to be able to have that offer code still available in the dropdown for that client as long as they have not yet used it.

disable itemized receipt for e-mails and just include total and tip as the items confuse the clients due to tox brand unit conversions.
This is confusing for clients as the injectors have different calculations for different brands of botox units. Include item, total and tip not "units" please.

offers only avaible for certain stylists
I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.

Open provider schedule for single service when needed
Desired state: NEED to open booking for telehealth ONLY on certain days. Current State: open provider schedule allows all booking to be selected.

Resource calendar able to integrate with Google Calendar
It would be nice for a Resource Schedule on BLVD to be able to integrate with a google calendar, like staff calendars can. Many marketing applications are able to use the google calendar integration for staff, but it would be critical to have the resource calendar built in the integration, as well, to prevent double books on a device.

account balances report by date
Being able to search the Account Balance Report by date. It only displays in real time now. It would be very helpful to know your client balance liabilities at the end of the fiscal year for accounting purposes.

I don't know if anyone else is annoyed by the fact that every time I switch tabs from calendar view to front desk view it does not keep me on the day I am currently looking at. Is there a way to opt out of it always showing "Today"?

a "link builder" section that gives you options to generate a booking link for clients
you should be able to create a specific custom link to send to clients to book. for example: create a link to all services with any provider, create a link to all services with a specific provider, create a link for specific services with a specific provider.

list the appointment type when texting employees new booking notifications.
the app currently does not list the type of booking when sending text messages to the employee about a new booking, and it should.

show client history as soon as you tap their name and who their service provider was.
employees should be able to see quickly and easily if they have serviced that particular client. currently the mobile app forces you to select each appointment that the client has had to see who serviced them. their main client profile page should immediately show appointment details beause that is the reason we are clicking on the clients profile the most- to view history. it should show say the date of their appointment, the type of appointment, and who it was with so that employees know if they are new to servicing them or if they are a repeat or return…

allow different provider for add on services
Currently our estheticians do microneedling but need a provider to do the blood draw and prepare the PRP. Currently the front desk has to go through and manually block time for the provider. It would be helpful if the system would allow one provider for the main service and a different provider for the service add on.

Appointment text search
We often place temporary blocks while we are waiting to hear back from clients, and it would be helpful to be able to search for "BLOCK" to see all those instances.
We also do weddings, but on occasion a wedding appointment gets lost in the shuffle. So we would like to be able to search "Wedding" to see all upcoming wedding appointments.

Update all services from one provider to another at checkout
When changing the provider or seller at checkout, giving staff the ability to apply the update to the provider/seller to all of the services or products in the checkout window.
