  1. Seeing the week count for booking future appointments is very helpful and it would be equally as helpful to have a negative week count for past dates. On a daily basis a client will be booking their next appointment and ask, "How many weeks did I go from my last appointment?" (because we're always gauging if it felt too short or too long of a time frame.)
    Wanted to give some context to explain how this would be helpful. I've seen other posts requesting it and it says that it was waitlisted in 2023. Hoping to give this (hopefully) simple…

  2. Service commissions should not be deducted when a services is discounted. Employees should receive full commission on pre discounted rate.

  3. We are looking for a more advanced charting and checkout system that creates a seamless transition between treatment consents, documentation, and patient checkout. Ideally, the system would allow treatment consents to link directly to the checkout process while also documenting the products used, including corresponding lot numbers and expiration dates. This information would automatically deduct products from inventory, allowing for more accurate tracking, traceability, and overall inventory management.

  4. Add Product, Service, Gift Card, Membership, and Voucher/Package Discounts to the sales summary report.

    Or Create a specific "Combined Report" for bookkeepers and accountants. A singe report showing: Income (Service, Membership & Product) (Business Cost of Product Sales), Discounts (as mentioned above), Refunds, Liability Income (Voucher/Packages, Gift Cards, Client Accounts), Redeemed Liability, and Tax Totals.

    Beyond the Sales Report as the added parts of the Combined Report would include, Payment Distribution, Product Sales, Service Sales Summary, Sales by Service Provider, etc.

    This would be very helpful, instead of pulling 3-6 different reports, just because we need 1 piece of information…

  5. Any appointments that are made directly on the calendar currently the system automatically overrides any double booking rules that may have been in place. This is completely insane that the double booking resource only works for online appointments booked as most practices book appointments over the phone as well as accept online bookings so it would only make complete sense that online and internal booked appointments can both be attached to the same service resource especially when there is only 1 machine.

  7. Currently, we have a membership option that gives discounts at time of check out. It a client purchases the membership at checkout, those discounts are not applied. It must be two transactions, which is not ideal due to fees. Ideally, the client could add on a membership at checkout and the discounts be automatically applied.

  8. When I start a help session I am first greeted by Billie. 9 out of 10 times Billie is not able to help me, and I get passed to a human agent. When I get passed to the human agent, I get to rate how my experience was with them, but not how my experience was with Billie.

    Often Billie is frustrating and not helpful and it takes me pulling my hair out to get to a human agent. I would like the option to provide that feedback as part of the survey at the end.

  9. Right now there is no way to add more than one product to service. For example, when creating the Dermal Filler Service, the only way to add the type of filler done is by adding on an additional service. You can't track inventory that way. For something like Sculptra, there is only one option so you are able to add the product on and track inventory. For Filler or Wrinkle relaxers, there are several options to choose from

  11. One location for all authorized providers to be able to review any pending charts rather than having to go by 1 day at a time to review charts that need review. This allows multiple providers to help clear the list at any given time and a push notification to the providers that there is a chart waiting for review pending.

  13. Typed messages to clients should stay in the message line even if they are not yet sent. Sometimes we get interrupted while typing a message to a client and have to leave that screen. The messages delete automatically and then we have to start over.

  14. Offer access to messages, client contact info. I like that it lets you message someome but it comes from your personal phone number and not the blvd texting number. Can't view their birthday or address on the app client profile. Just more features on the app like online has.

  16. You should have the option to let the business owner modify which service only asks the patient for Gratuity after the appointment. Not all our services must require a tip. The option you have is to disable or enable it only.

    Also kindly add a feature where we can create invoices and send it to our clients/patients. Especially if it pertains to unsettled appointments.

  17. So we are just new to this software and we have few ideas that we think might help in improving your features.
    As for the Forms & Charts, we created Intake Forms for our business and have it filled out by our patients as they check in. Those intake forms are very essential and must only be completed once. My idea would be to have all the completed forms reflect in the patient's account not just on the day they filled it out but in the future appointments as well.
