  1. It would be helpful to be able to add notes to products and services that would show up on the receipt. For example, if a misc item is rung up, we need to be able to make a note about what it is.

  2. Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.

  4. You are currently not able to edit or delete a specific shift for shifts that are inputted with the recurring schedule feature. You should be able to edit a single recurring shift for an employee without it affecting their entire future schedule.

  5. currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

  6. Our previous platform allowed us to send texts or emails at a designated time, for example, 3 days after a select appointment type. This allowed us to send aftercare instruction specific to a treatment. It also allowed us to send an automated text follow up. Need more customized options for sending text and emails.

  7. It was far easier to follow credit history before the "wallet" update. You could expand and read notes within the same window. Now we have to click on the order number and go to a different screen. Much more inconvenient. Can we have that feature back?

  9. It would be nice if there was an easy way to split the total between two people for one booking. Currently, the only way to split a service (including two services booked under one appointment) is to manually do the math and charge one card, then the other. However, manually splitting the total doesn't account for the service fee for credit cards nor the tips. It gets confusing and makes it uncomfortable having to ask them individually how much they want to tip on their card.

  11. Boulevard currently doesn’t allow membership account credits to expire, which creates challenges for practices using banked-style memberships. Without an expiration or limited rollover option, credits can accumulate indefinitely, complicating financial tracking and program fairness. The current workaround—manually monitoring usage reports—isn’t sustainable. Adding a configurable expiration setting (e.g., credits expire after 3–6 months or a set number of rollovers) would give businesses flexibility to manage liability, improve client accountability, and align Boulevard’s memberships with industry-standard functionality found in other POS systems.

  18. Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

  19. Please have the phone or ipad LOCK onto boulevard app when clients are checking in for their paperwork. Our office phones and ipads have other apps which can be confusing when clients are in midst of filling out paperwork if they accidentally move out of the Boulevard app. Other software do this by requiring staff user password to get out of the app once locked.

  20. With the end of Penny production it is only a matter of time before we can no longer deal with odd amounts of change. An option to automatically round totals would be helpful with this (giving options for how rounding happens, and ensuring taxes are still appropriately collected and reported would be greatly appreciated)
