  2. Having to go in and edit appointments during check out is really inefficient. Id love to be able to drag the bottom of the appointment up or down to save time.

  5. Currently, you have to click into a chart to see if it is fully completed. This would be two separate icons that indicate if they’re good on completing chart and want “its done/locked”.

  7. When a client is purchasing a giftcard, it automatically saves the card on file, Id like for it to be a check box that they understand this , and maybe a link to the policies (cancellation / no show etc) , instead of having to click the privacy policy. This will avoid head aches of clients saying they didn't consent because it was a gift card purchase

  10. I would like to suggest adding an "In Service" status/category to the Front Desk Dashboard. This feature would allow front desk staff and management to easily track when providers are actively with clients and monitor the amount of time spent in each room or service.

  11. When a client books for themselves and others, the forms all get put on the profile of the person booking. It would be nice to move that form to the respective client.

  12. When creating marketing lists, it would be helpful to include inactive/former employees as filter options. This would allow us to identify and target clients who previously saw a provider who left the business and communicate who they can book with that would be similar to their preference. This functionality would support client retention and more targeted marketing efforts.

  14. We have SOOOOOO MANY clients complaining that their name/dob/the date are not prefilled on forms in their chart. It makes no sense at all to make them do it every time-it literally can't be anyone else's form if it is in their chart! I have client's griping about daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I know this is not impossible to do, as other softwares have this feature and have for a long time. BLVD needs to get this done ASAP!

  16. I do not see a way to allow staff to access reporting to audit upcoming appts. Say I ask my front desk team to let me know how many tox appointments are scheduled over the next quarter, there is no way to give them schedule summary permissions. They can only run reporting for past/closed out appts. We should be able to give select access to both summaries and regular reports.

  20. When inventory is in the negative, and you bulk add products, purchase orders automatically fill in the qty desired field with the amount that is negative and I would like to be able to turn this feature on or off.
