  4. Looking for this feature as we have Estheticians who also work front desk. If they are assigned as an Esthetician, they will show available on the calendar even if they are working as front desk. Need to assign different job roles per day in the employee scheduler.

  12. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  13. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  14. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  16. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.

  17. Ability to limit the # of add-on service options required to book (e.g. minimum and max) an appointment. Ex. 1 add-on for a 60-minute massage vs 2 add-ons for 90-minute massage.

  19. It would be great to be able to go to the Client tab and choose Member under the "add filter" section. This would help us filter through more efficiently and keep up with membership status, unused vouchers, communications, etc...
