  1. If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example).   6. Currently, clients can only reschedule their appointments with the provider they're currently booked with. This can severely limit the options they see and cause them to cancel instead. This is a big hinderance to retention/revenue, especially with a business not based in provider-request specific booking.

  7. We need appointment reminders further out than 5 DAYS.

    We rebook our clients out for months in advance. Clients will book just to be on the books, but then frequently at the latest reminder that Boulevard allows—the client gets a 5 day reminder, realize they have a conflict and cancel. This really doesn't give us enough time to get those slots rebooked and costs us money.

    We need the ability to push at least one ADDITIONAL notification out to 10-14 days.

    We do have enterprise so I was able to create a workaround using zapier and doing an API call…

  8. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  9. Our team would love to have a same-day appointment reminder feature added to the booking system. In our previous software, whenever a client booked an appointment for the same day, the system would automatically send a same-day text or push notification as a reminder.

    Our staff does not want notifications for every appointment—only for same-day bookings. This selective option was extremely helpful because it reduced no-shows for last-minute appointments without overwhelming staff with unnecessary alerts.

    We are requesting the addition of a similar feature in our current system: an option that triggers an automatic reminder only for same-day appointments.

  10. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…

  14. I would like an option to make it where they have to book in order for certain days. i.e. on Saturdays we are only here in the morning, never fails I have someone take that very last spot. Also on holidays where we are short days.

  17. I have client list data reports from Botox day that I would like to import. There currently doesn't look like there's an option to do so unless I add each client one by one. I want to be able to text and email blast that report of clients.

  18. It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

  19. We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.

    It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.

  20. We need the option to hide specific services from the public online booking menu while still having an active, bookable direct link to send to clients.

    This feature is essential for clinics and studios that offer:
    • VIP-only or invitation-only services
    • Add-ons or specialty upgrades not meant for general booking
    • Seasonal or trial services
    • Services that we want available only to returning clients or those with specific needs
    • Membership-exclusive treatments
    • Internal-use services we book manually but don’t want clients browsing

    Why this matters:
    Currently, if a service is hidden or unpublished, Boulevard disables its booking…
