Clickable Reports (Click for more detail)
When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

Custom Reports for Payroll with Payments
A custom report option that allows us to see the necessary information when inputting payroll, with the form of payment included in the report.
What the client purchases:
Service, Product, tax, gratuity, gift card sale, wholesale purchase.
Form of Payment:
Card, check, cash, venmo, barter, etc.Currently, we need to run multiple reports or double-check the calendar. Many more steps than are necessary.

membership
The checkout and "redeeming" process for memberships need to be heavily revisited.
As is stands, if you have more than one voucher under a membership, it is split evenly between the two vouchers. For services in the same category at the same price, this makes sense.
However, with the flexibility when creating the memberships (which I love), the check out and receipt process ends up devaluing or overpricing service that are not in the same category.

Search function for history page
Please add a search function to patient history pages. It is incredibly time-consuming to have to click each ticket to see what a patient purchased. Search functions really need to be added to almost everything with BLVD for convenience.

entering saved prices for client after check out.
I have removed the ability to change pricing at the front desk computer and i'd like to be able to go in and retroactively remember a client's price so i dont have to change it later, but this option seems to only be available when they have booked their next appointment or at check out. it would be really helpful to be able to add an accomodation like that at any time

adding more staff color options
I know it may sound silly, but we have a larger staff, and having more colors would be helpful so that we don't have to reuse colors for stylists, it'll minimize some confusion

sending an automated text when an appointment has been cancelled or moved
When a client has cancelled their appointment, they should get an email AND a text - the staff should also get text notifications when an appointment is moved from one provider to another, or when an appointment has been moved. I have moved an appointment when a stylist was out sick to another stylist who was in, and they do not get notifications in those cases because the appointment was already booked

Client audience filter for membership plan and tenure
This would be the ability to create an audience filter for clients with a specific membership type, as well as target their membership term length (new member, first month, first year, etc.)

Be able to have an ADD photo button to the Before/After photos. Sometimes you have more than 3 for each and it would be more convenient to add photos vs. adding a whole new chart.

Clients creating new profiles when they online book, but are already a current client
Clients are creating New Profiles or New Accounts when they online book instead of using their current accounts already in the system. There should be an alert when they enter their phone number OR email that an account ALREADY EXSITS with that information. Clients will make a new account and then we have to find their existing one at their appointment and merge, which doesn't always get done and is frustrating. Phone numbers should only be allowed to be on ONE ACCOUNT!

Block resources from being booked if they are full
It shouldn't be possible to book services (online or over phone) that require a resource if they are already full for that time.

When selecting employees "is working" that it only shows the employees on those days. This should vary by day and not have all employees.
When wanting to see just staff that is working for the week by selecting "is working" I do not want to see all of the staff on each day if they are not working that day but do work a day that week. This is visually challenging and not user friendly when trying to schedule patients.

Confirmation Details
Include the day of the Week, Service Provider, and Services Scheduled in the confirmation messages.
For Example: Hi {client name},
You are scheduled for an appointment at Rose Aesthetics Paola on Wednesday, Jan 7, 2026 at 12:00pm CST for a 60min Petal Radiance Facial with Madeline.
When Clients have multiple appointments scheduled, they get confused which appointment is what day and end up having to take extra steps to figure it out. It should be simply included in the confirmation. Even the Booking Confirmation.2 votes
