If clients self prebook and leave a set tip, the tip deletes if appt is moved to another staff
The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process. Messages submitted when purchasing a product should be sent to business
I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages. I'm missing the first communication (and some testimonials) from new clients!

daily calender viewing
It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.

For the time being, many salons may have to commence services outdoors including POS
Would be great if some of the scaling on web-dashboard were corrected so views on tablets could work better for checkout and booking. Then there would be no reason to not bring a whole computer out to a potentially bad environment for computer and keyboard usage. Specifically there are issues when booking and checkout that move the buttons out of view and then scaling issues occur that prevent proper usage.

Option for a note on the gift card to designate it for a specific service
Clients often purchase a gift card to cover a specific service (massage) plus tax so it would be great to be able to leave a note that identifies the intention of the gift card so the front desk knows when that client is checking out.

Change notes on "other" payment method on closed orders
It would be nice to change notes for the "other" payment method on closed orders. Sometimes the verbiage isn't the same with all of my staff, so it makes reports harder to consolidate, it would be nice to be able to change that note to standardize things after orders are closed.

Offer a 'staff-internal' form that can be completed on the Reception App when Employees arrive for Covid-19 screening
We need to screen employees just like clients and ask the basic screening questions every time they enter the work place. We would like to use the same form we use for clients on the reception app. If we could use a form with a walk-in appointment that would work, or if employees could access forms from the reception app, that would work

Custom MARKUP on Standard Price vs Custom Price per Role
It would be handy to have a standard set of prices for a role and then have the ability for an automatic MARKUP to be added say for a Master Tech. This would be easier than being forced to have 2-sets of pricing. Senior and Master. Instead should someone use a Master, the client gets charged the standard rate, BUT a Custom MARKUP to the standard rate, auto charged at checkout.

Staff name and time stamp missing for payments on Order Details
The new order details page does not have the staff's name and time stamp for original payment applied.
If the appointment occurred on Jan 23rd, refund was given on Feb 4th - the time stamp for the refund is reflected. Then, if second payment is applied on 3/11, the entire order's time stamp reflects the time/date the second payment was applied. We need to see when the first payment was applied and by whom for the transaction.

Feedback should make it to some report that shows over a time frame, what staff has what feedback stats.
Right now feedback sort of disappears into the ether. It would be great if there was a feedback report that presented for a given time frame, service providers feedback was 80% 5, 10% 4 and 10% 3 stars. Creating this as a report would allow management an easier way to disseminate this information without just sending screenshots of whole company feedback data.

When online clients leave notes on there appointment there should be a symbol on the appointment...
...that will let me know thats theres a note to be read.

Or can a symbol be added to the appoinmetn to indicate that clietnt has left a note. I dont know that there is a note unless I open up a ticket which I dont until I check them out then its to late. Notes need to be read before clients come in.

Allow front desk to view staff profiles
It would be helpful to be able to give access to front desk to view staff member's contact info and individual service pricing without allowing access to Manage Location or Business.
