QUIT telling clients in an email that we have a card on file!!!
Clients dont need to know this and it upsets many of them. It isnt necessary info!!!

Schedule block
When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

Loyalty App points via API
Loyalty app would be more valuable with more actionable functionality, such as being able to pull points via the API. This way, custom comms could be built around points reached to encourage clients to return to redeem them

If we can get a way to create and invoice when we cannot take payment at time of visit.
An example the Blvd Duo was off line and we could not take credit card payment it would have been nice to be able to send the customer an invoice of what was owed.

Being able to see any service staff that edit service times to fit on calendar
Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.

Have a set deposit amount instead of a percentage, too difficult to figure out percentages on every price of every service
Have a set deposit dollar amount instead of a percentage. Having to figure the percentage for every service price is time consuming and never equals the exact $50 we charge.

Ability to reschedule or change an appointment's location without having to cancel and rebook.

Have a way to merge products
Our suppliers often update packaging etc and end up with a new UPC. In the transition you can end up with multiple UPCs of the same product on the shelf. A way to merge those products once the old packaging is fully gone would be amazing. It would help us manage reporting better as sales will be totaled for the unified product.
It would also help clean up the catalog with fewer products listed.

add a pop-up alert with any critical info when opening a patients chart
Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

Enable a way to exclude an item from gaining points in the loyalty program. Some items are very small margin of profit .
Have a box to check when setting up a new product that exempts it from the loyalty program. Items such as Blow Dryers and Curling Irons have little margin and shouldn't be given points.

Create a way to delete vouchers in groups rather individually.
When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

Notifications for Business Managers
I would like to be able to receive notifications as a business manager to a specified email address and phone number. I imagine this like the staff notifications where we can toggle on/off text or email. Things like: Form completed [client name], cancellation [client name], reschedule [client name], online booking [client name], no-show [client name]. It would be very helpful in managing day-to-day client actions.

Remove 'check in' on the client facing Boulevard app
Option to remove self check in on the DUO app. Clients often come in and attempt to self check in, but we have a fully staffed front desk and it slows down the work flow for the clients to try and self check in.
Or we go to check them out and they attempt to check in first, even though they've been checked in. This messes up the check out process. The option to remove this would be so helpful!2 votes -
Only use the Location Name, not Business Name, in appointment confirmations and reminders
Ability to only include the Location Name in client communications to avoid confusion as to which location they have booked for.
