  1. No Show appointments remain on calendar just maybe turned red? This way it doesnt look like a provider had no one booked. Right now it just is taken off the calendar and negatively effects utilization of schedule .

  2. with AR, there was a way where the office email was sent an email anytime a patient booked, rescheduled or cancelled an appointment so the front office staff/owners can see who is booking with providers, etc. not just sending an email to that provider only. I don't want to constantly search a provider schedule or search patients to find out their booking history.

  3. In the booking widget, when a client clicks on the calendar to scroll through dates, it should highlight the dates that appointments are available instead of playing a guessing game clicking on the date to see if there is anything available.

  4. The referral program needs to be updated. Right now, referrals are applied as discounts, which reduces the total service amount and directly impacts stylist earnings. Instead, referrals should be handled as a separate payment type (e.g., “other”) so stylists receive full compensation for their services.

  9. Currently, the referral program grants the assigned reward to the new and existing based on the new clients first closed appointment. However, businesses that often either require or strongly recommend a consultation FIRST, would benefit from only granting this reward to both clients when the new client actually comes in for a PAID service. Otherwise, a reward is being granted when the business never actually received revenue.

  10. Add a percentage to zooming in and out of photos instead of just (+) and (-). This can be critical to getting the same look for photos in a side by side comparison.

  11. When a business is using a third party platform to manage text comms via a chatbot, it would be great to be able to deliver a link for clients to enter their card info upon booking.

  15. Please make a way the client to just log in when booking rather than being sent a code to email or phone. All the steps to finalize booking are road blocks that can cause them to not complete the sale or scheduling. The majority of our clients currently call the office or book on site bc they don't feel the booking platfrom is user friendly.

  18. Sell a package and reedeem in one transaction in checkout instead of doing two steps and refreshing the page!! This should all be seamless so we dont have to go back and forth from page to page it should sell it and deduct it all in one

  19. Cancellations fees are not a true discount. For accounting purposes, this data is inaccurate. It is actually revenue. It should be listed separately from discounts.
