  2. The ability to set custom reasons for appointment cancellations. This is to help differentiate between true cancellations where the client does not rebook or move their appointment to another location. Additionally, these reasons should be available in reporting to allow the business to accurately report on the reasons they are seeing cancelled appointments.

  3. I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.

    it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.

  5. We need to be able to calculate commissions with the cost of goods subtracted. This is very important for tox sales specifically. We are unable to sell tox as a service due to the nature of the visit. Never really know how many units will be sold. So we have to sell it as a product. We have to calculate this in a spreadsheet every time we run payroll, and it is VERY time-consuming. There should be a very easy way to do this!

  6. Would love for patients to be able to see how many packages they have left on their account. They are not able to see this on their end and have to either call our clinic or ask at their appointment. They can see their packages online just not how many are left/redeemed.

We are trying to create a communication touch X amount of time after specific services i.e if we checked out a moxi today, a text will be scheduled to go out in 6months reminding the client that a its time for a maintenance treatment,. We have tried creating audiences and sending out blasts but the "last appointment" filter isnt granular enough to be specific in the messages - we would want to build out this communication for multiple service types and messaging

  11. Most clients do not realize when they are given a staggered time. Even when they do realize, they're unhappy that they were shown a specific time that isn't available for both appointments.

    "Group Booking" is understood by 99.9% off people as a group of people coming together, not a group of people waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the other people in the group receive a service.

  15. If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

  16. When a client pays for a membership with another payment method besides a debit or credit card, it would be nice to have a prompt appear to collect a card on file and record the client consenting to storing the card for the membership's renewals in the future.

  17. When splitting payments, particularly when using the "Other" payment option, it would be helpful if the system only displayed the amount currently being charged to the card at the time of client approval, rather than the full original total.

    Currently, when discounts or alternate payments are entered under "Other," the original total still appears upfront. This often confuses patients, as they don’t immediately see the applied discounts or partial payments, leading to concerns and requiring additional explanation.

    It would improve the client experience if the interface reflected only the actual amount being charged at each step, with the full breakdown…

  18. To have the ability to have charts grouped together by services. When you have a client that gets multiple services having to go back through charts to see what you did last is very difficult.

  20. I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create a custom referral link instead of only using the referral form for the $1000 credit.
    I’d love to feature Boulevard on my website as part of my favorite resources and offer referrals directly through a link.
    A lot of people admire our setup, and it would be much easier to refer them if I could simply share a unique link rather than have every referral go through me manually.
    Is there a way to generate a personal referral link, or could this be something you enable? It would make referring Boulevard…
