  1. When running payroll, it would be great to only have to run 1 report. I personally love how neat and clean the Net Revenue by Staff report is. If it could include tips and clocked time, that would be ideal.

    Or

    If the staff performance or sales breakdown report could include a column for CLOCKED time, that would be awesome, too.

  4. Our hours during the week (10-8) are much different than Saturdays (8-3). We have a ton of open space during the week in the morning and a ton open on Saturdays in the evening. If a stylist who doesn't normally works Saturday sees open space until 9pm she may book a client at 4 or 5 not knowing we close at 3!

    Also would be nice if the days the salon is closed it say "Salon Closed" or something!

  7. Making a mistake on a repeat timeblock booked weeks out is a disaster. You have to go and individual delete or edit each one.

  9. Right now the pre-book function is only available during checkout.

    The request is based on enhancing the customer experience. Our goal is to re-book everyone. With many services there are processing times that allow the stylist to go ahead and rebook the client, rather than at check-out, when you are trying to process payment and the client is trying to get out.

  12. Automatically send the purchasing client a second gift card at a certain value after the initial purchase. For example: any GC purchase over $150 to automatically email another one for a lesser value ($25).

  14. Practice Fusion Integration - Medical Records System - For Charting purposes

    "It's our medical record system. We keep our charts for each patient in that system. We also use it for scheduling. So we would have had to keep duplicate schedules or duplicate customer information if we used Boulevard."

  15. Can we remove the ad tracker link click.pstmrk.it from the intake form link? Clients using ad blockers in their internet browsers get a warning not to open the link.

  16. The ability to adjust the clients email address from the charged out ticket page. Currently, the business thinks its too much work to click into the clients profile if an email needs to be adjusted before they resend an emailed receipt

  19. Employees receive products and services at cost and tax-free. A way to easily remove tax from the checkout window and a separate way to check out employees' purchases so that they can be reported on independently from retail would remove the need for several workarounds, save time, and eliminate errors by ensuring that default tax settings don't need to be under constant change.

  20. The Discounts and Offers BETA report is important to give us the data we need to report on total revenue a discount/offer code brings to the business and when it was used. The Detailed Line Item report gets us most of the way there but the offers are listed as "Offer-based Discount" and not the offer code/name instead.

    The Discounts and Offers report does not allow us to drill down or easily see what order/client/staff it is tied to.
