  3. Currently, the Referral field has no option to collect a referring clients name. You have to collect this separately and then add it to the clients profile in order to use it as a reporting data point. Boulevard, overall, needs to work on a referral reward program as part of its internal marketing.

  4. Flawless Skin Center would like to be able to quickly see the total time of services being rescheduled in a single appointment. Currently, it lists out individual service times, and they have to calculate when rescheduling to ensure the whole appointment will fit in the new time slot.

  9. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

  10. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

  11. on the checkout screen for rebooking if the clients had a screen that pops up with 3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 week rebooking that would help.

  15. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  20. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.
