  3. Add a function to the waitlist that insterts a requested waitlist appointment into the schedule, in a specific color block so the the business is aware of a potential appointment time that could be filled.

  4. We would like a way to set available booking timing intervals per service.

    This way, we can set intervals a service shows available times. For example, we want service A to be bookable every 30 minutes. Service B should only be bookable every 60 minutes.

    Currently, the intervals would apply to every service. This is not applicable for us.

  6. Problem: Resource schedule mirrors provider schedule for a service. Patient is using a treatment chair during the entire duration, however provider can see other patients while the first patient is doing an IV treatment. Schedule allows other appointments to be booked for that treatment chair (resource) even though it's "busy".
    Solution: When creating/editing service, have a box to select if resource is "busy" during processing time, even though the provider is not.

  7. Ability to generate a Report showing Birthdays by Month; enables us to see all current clients with January bdays or February...etc. We used this info with our previous software company to send out specials for Birthdays that month.

  10. have the ability to schedule reoccuring appointments and reoccuring blocks. If a client wants in every 4 weeks on monday at 4pm with a certain service provider for 1 year or never ending it would be great to not have to manually enter every single appointment for them!
    Same with reoccuring time off/blocks to schedules!!!!

Okay so I know that clients can go online and book an appointment under their own profile for their friends, family, etc. and it will show up as the guest's name coming in with "guest of original clients name" underneath it. I would love a way on the businesses side to be able to book a guest under a clients profile without having to make an entirely new profile for each and every guest. In case this doesn't make sense, here is an example - we have many clients who come for services and also have their children come in…

  14. Allow individual sales reps or providers to be able to send personalized scheduling links for their specific calendar via text or email. That way, the client will be able to book seamlessly without too many options or obstacles in the way.

  15. We would like the ability to specify what Client information is included in the "View client contact information" permission. This will allow providers to see tags but not phone number, email or address of clients for example.

  17. e.g. 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to receive a link to self reschedule, 4 to receive contact to reschedule

    As it stands now: If a client responds to a reminder text that they wish to cancel their appointment but includes any form of affirmation including y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm, in their response it triggers an appointment confirmation.

    THIS WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE IF THEY SAY "not sure", it triggers confirmation, and the salon would have no idea

  19. Would like to limit particular offer codes to only be available to be used by a manager. Currently all offer codes can be seen and utilized by every team member.

  20. Auto populate client names that you clicked on last.

    When you are checking a client out or click on an account it would auto populate there name when booking next appointment.
