  1. one person wants to pay for two different peoples appointments without having to merge clients but pay for both on one transaction. instead have to pay for both separately??

  2. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.

  3. For medical aesthetics, we want to see a quick snapshot of the appointments when we open the patient profile. I want to see the picture above the appointment, the treatment performed what was injected, or how many units were injected under the picture. Also, the provider can open the invoice attached to the appointment to see what was charged. It needs to be more aesthetic medical spa friendly

  5. Now that we're required to enter a reason why a membership is being canceled, we need to be able to report on this data to understand the most common reasons why clients cancel memberships and track them over time.

  6. Currently 'Edit services' controls if an employee can toggle off/on services and create services. There should be two separate permissions, one that controls toggling services off and on and one that controls creating new services.

  7. Right now you can't edit or remove banked units after purchase in the client profile. Please fix this as it makes it difficult with inventory.

  8. We have a weekly team meeting that I would like to set up to repeat as a blocked time indefinitely. Instead the max I could set it was a year and now I'll have to go in an reset that up every year.

  10. beta reports should be able to add all fields associated with an object. so if I want a product report i should be able to ahve a report with all fields related avaialble in the report. I cant export a report with the item. the current on hand inventory and the desired on hand inventory

  11. when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
    ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.

    it should be :
    All Orders-->clients full purchase history-->Specific date-->back button-->clients full order history.

  13. With prior POS software we got a popup message indicating that a client's appointment was affected when we removed a working day for a service provider. I recently did this and there was no indication from the software letting us know that a client had booked an appointment on one of the days that had been removed from her schedule. We would like to be notified so we can make arrangements to reschedule the client to a different provider and/or different date.

  15. When adding the same phone number for multiple people ie mothers/ younger teens it gets confusing when they text the office it defaults to one or the other but its never correct. How can we simplify this, can it be by birthdate?

  16. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  17. Include "Yea/Yeah/OK" as a "Yes" as an answer to the text reminders to confirm an appointment.
    We know how clients are: type yes to confirm and they answer Y or Yea, or Yeah, and the system does not recognise that!

  18. A report to see which clients prebooked. for example you pull up a report the week of March 4th thru the 10th. It would show the number of clients you saw and how many of them prebooked.

  20. I am trying to set up the quickbooks integration but there is NO TRAINING. quickbooks knows nothing and I can't get anyone on the phone to help to understand any of it. I was with my book keeper for two hours trying to figure it out.
